"We had such a wonderful couple days of peaceful serenity while staying at the Hannu Haus. There were do many special touches to the decor that added to the warmth & coziness of the log cabin. It had plenty of space to entertain and well thought out ideas for keeping children occupied. The coffee bar was exceptionally awesome and we all enjoyed the great coffee beverages that the Jura made!! I would give the Hannu -Hause 10 stars!! We hope to come back again!!"

We decided to take a last minute trip up and Jen was amazing with providing recommendations and ensuring the house was clean and ready for our overnight stay. "We were five friends visiting the UP for our annual ski trip and this was the most pleasant stay we've ever had! There was so much space for all of us to exist without feeling cramped. We enjoyed cooking breakfast and dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. The hot tub was so nice to relax our sore muscles. The non-skiers among us appreciated being in town to wander around to shops and cafes while the rest of us were on the slopes. It's clear a lot of care and love went into this apartment....

"Our stay was amazing. It started out with an unmade bed which lead to the realization that I made the reservation for the wrong night and we had gone into the house a day early. Kim was quite gracious and let us stay. The house was very clean. The neighborhood was very quiet. And Kim was so easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay at her place again."

"Our stay in Ironwood at this lovely house was wonderful. The house is decorated so nicely and there is everything you could possibly need at the house. The backyard is gorgeous! We had a campfire and enjoyed some toasted marshmallows:) The beds are super comfy and the linens are nice as well! You will not be disappointed staying here. We can't wait to come back!"

The neighborhood is nice and quiet and we saw several deer walking around and an old sweet black lab that walks around the block. "Our dogs loved the yard and home comfort of the cabin. Very close to quite a few waterfalls, the harbor and the Copper Peak ski jump. Awesome to bike from to all those spots or hike. Highly recommend if you have dogs. Sad we didn't get to try the pub next door, but we will next time!"

"This is a corporate property and it shows. It's obvious that there is no one that cares about this place. I've stayed at many VRBOs all around the country and this place was the saddest by far. It's like someone furnished it by spending one day shopping at rummage sales. Beds are fine for kids but not too many adults will find them comfortable. "This weekend was a perfect get away. The house was cute and quaint. We felt comfortable and at home while staying here. We have two little boys and they absolutely loved the yard, beach and dock. They spent all day playing in the water and sand letting their imaginations run wild. The lake was perfect for cruises, fishing was hit and miss this weekend but still caught a Northern, large mouth bass and little blue gills. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice get away weekend...

"This house was perfect for what we needed. Our family used to have a house on Spider Lake so this was like going home. The rooms are very small and there is not a ton of space, but it was perfect for what we needed at the time. The beds are comfy, but the one bedroom with twin beds is barely moveable - they are end to end with no walking room so it is not good for 2 adults (kids would have no issue). We walked between the home and our friends place with no issues and the stars were beautiful....

"We were planning on cross country skiing but Mother Nature had other ideas. Lots of hiking near by, 6 min from town, was just the right size for the 4 of us! We enjoyed our stay and would rent again. To the owners may want to add more dish towels or a drainer for under drying rack and a new toaster as you have to unplug it to get the toast to come up."
