Hilton Garden Inn Richmond Innsbrook
We were placed on the 5th floor, elevator broken. Had to use fire stairs and carry our lugagge 5 flights up. When asked about any compensation our request was declined. We were told that the elevator was going to be back in ordef at least in 3days.

Great staff, especially Minnie at the front desk. Nice clean hotel. Easy in and out.

Overall, a fantastic experience. Josh was great with the communication. The house was exactly as described. I’d highly recommend this property and we hope to stay here again.

Historic Modern Walkable to to VCU
We had a lovely stay. The rooms are very large, with king size beds in most of them. Everything was extraordinarily clean. The kitchen and living room was great for gathering and socializing. We didn't get to stay long enough to explore the neighborhood as much as we wanted to. We work close to everything ...
