We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property for a bachelorette weekend! From the very beginning, Julio, the property manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth. He was so responsive to our questions throughout the weekend and even provided thoughtful recommendations, including a private chef, which added such a special touch to our celebration. You could tell he genuinely cared that we had the best experience possible.The house itself was perfect for our group. With 9 beds, everyone had plenty of space, and the layout made it feel both spacious and comfortable at the same time. One of the highlights was that we were able to host almost all of our weekend activities right on the property. We kicked things off with a lively pool party, had a cozy pajama karaoke night, enjoyed an outdoor hibachi dinner under the stars, shared an incredible private chef dinner inside, and even treated ourselves to on-site massages. Because the property is so large, each event felt like its own unique experience, almost as if we were moving from one venue to another without ever leaving the house.It was truly the ideal backdrop for celebrating such an important milestone with friends. The combination of beautiful space, thoughtful touches, and flexibility made it easy to both celebrate and relax without ever feeling cramped.I can’t recommend this property enough for groups planning a special occasion. It’s both beautiful and functional!

4.5 stars. Beautiful and clean property with a fantastic pool. Would definitely do again. Only drawback is that some kitchen cabinets, microwave and master bedroom light fixture pull switch were too tall for us (we’re shorter people).

Beautiful home

My family of 9 had a wonderful time at this property. The backyard pool and jacuzzi were fabulous! The interior was pretty spotless and well appointed. The only complaint would be some of the pool loungers are falling apart. The manager was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely love to return to this property.

Relaxing Oasis!

Perfect setup for families meeting up and enjoying some quality time together. The outdoor space is inviting with the pool, jacuzzi multiple seating areas, not to mention the landscaping. The teens loved the ping pong table and Corn Hole. Most nights we grilled and had dinners there. Kitchen is sufficiently stocked. We really enjoyed everything about this house. We really didn’t need to communicate with the owner because everything was straight forward. Left feeling relaxed 😁

Same Development - Much Better Experience

This is the 3rd year we rented a house in the same development. This house was the best, probably one of the best we've rented in the Palm Springs area in the 14 years we've been coming for a golf trip. The only reason is wasn't the best is because it was a 20 minute drive to one of the courses we play the most. Otherwise, the listing was spot on, the house was very comfortable, well appointed (especially in the kitchen) and had a very nice and well appointed back yard. The documentation needed for the check-in process was a bit excessive but understandable given the times. The company and their representative was outstanding. He was easy to contact and came right away when we had an issue with the dishwasher. One suggestion, read the spa instructions thoroughly which we didn't and had to call him. Once he walked us through it, everything worked as instructed. Great experience!

Spacious and great location

This property was very spacious, inside and out. Host was very attentive and responded promptly to text and/or email. Plenty of pool towels ready for use upon check in. Rooms were nicely decorated. The kitchen I thought was fully equipped, although I brought my own knife and a cast iron pan. The grounds overall was very relaxing. Definitely in my top 3 rentals.

Amazing Getaway

We had an amazing extended weekend at this property! It was perfect for a group of 10 with kids. The house had everything we needed to entertain all age groups and the backyard was perfect. We will be looking to stay here again in the future!

Excellent Vacation Home

Ten of us, ages 9 to 70, had an amazing 4-day stay in this beautiful home. The pictures of the property are accurate. The outdoor space is spacious. There are so many spaces outside to enjoy. Shade is plentiful along with lots of sunny areas. We paid extra to heat the pool and it was well worth it. Inside is well-stocked. Julio, our property manager, was easy to reach and welcoming.

Fantastic Home

This is our second year staying in this home. We are a group of 8 adults. The house is very comfortable in a great neighborhood and location. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dinnerware. There is a pool, hot tub and plenty of outdoor seating in the beautiful backyard, we even picked fresh grapefruit every morning for breakfast! Checking in and checking out was easy and convenient.

Cant wait to come back!

This was the absolutely perfect house to host a very special friend's 40th birthday party. bedrooms are nice sized and kitchen fit for a gourmet chef. the outside patio and pool and everything were absolutely breathtaking. Highly recodmend staying!

Great house BUT

The property was as listed. It was great and we spent most of our time outside by the pool, or in the backyard playing games and enjoying the best weather! The house accommodated our party of 9- 4 adults 5 kids ages 9-12. My only negative and it is more of a renter warning- this is a gated community, however, our very first night, we had items stolen from our car. We take responsibility for the fact that after a very long travel day and arriving late, we did not lock the car. We rushed in with food and groceries. However, we feel these neighborhoods that are mostly rentals are targeted. Very convenient that after less than probably 5-7 hours of being there someone was in the neighborhood checking cars. We are only writing this as a be vigilant with door locking if you choose to rent here. The property was great and overall we enjoyed our time here.

Perfect for large groups

We had an incredibly relaxing stay in this perfectly appointed home for our party of 8. Rooms are spread out and plenty of outdoor space to relax, swim, read etc. The house could use a little maintenance around the pool (tiles etc) and the cookware needs a complete overhaul. We ended up purchasing a new pan and a few knives to make it through the week. Other than that Julio was very responsive and the place is very comfortable and represented well in the pictures. Beds were super comfy too! We’ve been staying in the heart of Palm Springs for over 10 years now. The noise ordinances have made it uncomfortable to stay there any longer. We’re so happy we discovered Indio!

Wonderful stay

Stay at Spanish Modern retreat was great. House is as described and very clean. Nice quiet neighborhood that served as a great hub for a group of friends. The backyard is wonderful with nice seating areas and beautiful pool area. Will definitely rent again next year.

Some general maintenance has been deferred. Kitchen pots/pans utensils were lacking. Pans had broken handles. Knives were not sharp enough to cut green onions. We had to buy our own chopping knife. Showers took a long time to heat up. Shower near garage was missing tiles. Majority of dishes had chips. Kitchen faucet leaked at base. Ice maker jammed.

Great location, walk to Polo Grounds

We stayed for the weekend with friends to attend an event at the Polo Ground. We were able to avoid the parking crowds and walk to the event. The house was a welcome and relaxing place to start and end our days. Paying to have the pool and spa heated was worth it. Julio was very responsive and helpful. Only constructive criticism is some extra blankets would be nice...it's chilly at night in Jan.
