"An event nearby and needed a comfortable place to stay. "

"The location was great, walking distance to downtown Nashville shops and restaurants. Place was clean, cozy and comfortable. The host had some water and soda in the fridge, breakfast snacks, muffins in basket, coffee and hot chocolate. Was nice and relaxing watching the birds feeding in the little garden in the morning and evening. The countertop ice maker was an awesome feature. Met host James and he was very nice and friendly! I would recomend this place to anyone. "

"Wonderful location. The loft cabin lake house was well supplied including pots and pans and I ended up overpacking after reading previous reviews. Charcoal grill was small but considering it’s not meant for a huge crowd anyways I was able to make a nice meal for family of 4. The hot tub was clean and worked well. The location was 15 minutes down a winding gravel road I was not aware of that. Very peaceful beautiful place to relax and not too far from small town shops. "

"This property has lots of space for everyone. Beds were very comfortable. Our grandson loved seeing the horses near the house and the geese and their babies by the lake.Aaron was very quick to respond when we reached out. We enjoyed our stay."

"The cottage was homey. Super clean. Well stocked kitchen. Cozy living room with eating area. Has washer/dryer. Hot water. Large patio with nice seating. Even has TV outdoors. Hot tub. Outdoor fire pit with lots of wood. Quiet. Walking distance into town. Close to State Park. Best part for me they allow dogs without size restriction. It’s hard to find a rental that allows big dogs. "We really enjoyed our stay. We had planned a family picnic on Saturday at Brown County Park but it was canceled. We decided we’d still visit and glad we did. The house had plenty of room and we had the back and front yard to walk our dogs around. The location is great, especially if you plan to visit the shops. It has everything we needed. We would definately rent it again. "

"Myself and my husband stayed here for a weekend getaway trip! We enjoyed it! Place was clean and super cute inside. It was close to everything and the hot tub was definitely a nice perk! The only thing that would be a negative was that the main road is literally right in front of the cabin but other than that we have no complaints!"

"Stayed here with my boyfriend for a night. We were pleasantly surprised! Super cute ambiance within the house. Very very clean. TV, Air, water, all worked great. Definitely was skeptical since it is next to a cemetery but honestly didn’t feel like it at all once you were inside. Great stay and great communication from the host. Would definitely stay again!"

"The interior of the house was fine. Some low ceilings in the stairwell and upstairs bedroom but nothing major. The front of the house faces an industrial area while the back/side face some other houses that aren’t necessarily as well kept. Again, nothing that would keep me from staying.
