The property is beautiful and well-located in Incline Village. However, some of the amenities could be better maintained. If you plan to cook, be sure to bring your own supplies, as the kitchen is not very well stocked (no plastic wrap, limited condiments, and few pantry basics). We also experienced several instances of the circuit breaker tripping when multiple appliances were used at the same time, which was inconvenient. We had hoped to use the gas grill on the deck and confirmed with the host beforehand, but the ignition switch did not work, so we had to buy a lighter to use it. Sleeping arrangements are plentiful, though the bunk beds on the first floor are quite shaky and better suited for children. The loft bed also looks larger in the photos but is actually small and only fits one person. That said, our stay was still very enjoyable. The host was responsive and helpful whenever we reached out, which minimized the problems during our stay. Overall, this is a nice property in a great location, but be prepared for a few inconveniences.
