It was really spacious and it looked like the photos online. The entire place was warmer than the temperature outside so we felt very comfortable throughout the night. The neighborhood was quiet and it was an ideal place to be around so many eateries.

Amazing place-

Love the condo and the location. Room were spacious kitchen and living room was terrific. The patio are was even better with the added bonus of a creek in the back yard. Very relaxing with a large couch fire pit and bbq. I can’t wait to stay there again.Thank you!!Only two things that need attention. Could have used more propane and the porch and balcony was filled with pollen from the trees. No big deal.

It was doable but not ideal

Our stay was good and we enjoyed the house but it could use some TLC to be a 5 star stay. The good: location, spacious, quiet, easy check in, very comfy beds, and plenty of linens for all your needs. There are some areas that need management’s attention though. While the house seems clean in all the normal ways, there’s a lot of grime within too. Stocked kitchen but cheap quality & very mismatched items. You can manage meals, but with frustration. You can tell it’s just another listing in a portfolio and the owners/management don’t actually do a lot to enhance the stay. I could go on and on but just beware. I am messaging privately on ways they can make this place better for future guests!

Our observations and suggestions.

We have a list of repairs and some suggestions for preparation for future guests. Under repairs, left blinds in living room are stuck and cannot be lowered, refrigerator water filter needs to be replaced so that the ice maker and water dispenser work, toilet paper holder in the upstairs bathroom needs to be tightened so that it does not come apart when used, wooden pegs in hallway and downstairs bedroom need attention, front door cannot be dead bolted from the inside without opening the screen door first, and, foot protectors on dining room chairs need to be repaired. As far as suggestions in preparation for future guests, instructions need to be supplied on operation of fireplace and ALL TVS. Guests should be told that they need to bring their memberships and passwords for streaming TV or the upstairs TVs DON"T WORK, and that the downstairs TV is ROKU. Also, one of our group used the unused parking pass for notes, and she is sorry.

Spacious, quiet, and a great location!

The property was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The outside space was great, we had dinner outside every night as we listened to the small creek that runs in the backyard, super relaxing! The property is stocked with card games and all the supplies you need for a day at the lake. The property is in a good locations, close to shopping, restaurants, and the lake.

Family Time in Incline Village

The condo was in a great location, easy check in and parking. The cleanliness was not great. Two of the bedspreads had large stains all over them, the rugs were stained and appeared to not have been vacuumed. There is no AC in the unit and the bottom bedroom does not have a ceiling fan so it was quite warm in there even with the windows open. They did have fans for us to use. Overall I would not stay in this condo again.

All Our Needs Were Met

This would be our family's fifth time visiting the Lake Tahoe area and this has been the best rental property weve stayed at. From the convenient motives throughout the home, storage closet with cleaning supplies, beach chairs, dove shampoo conditioner and soaps, board games and playing cards, a shoe and coat rack by the entrance, washing machine and dryer, this place has thought of it all. Thank you for making my family's trip stress free and relaxing. Will definitely look forward to our next trip and hope we can reserve a stay here again!

Beautiful home and great location!

We loved our stay in this beautiful home! We traveled with four adults (two couples), which the layout was perfect for; each couple had their own bathroom and shower. We also loved that the home was on a creek. The beds were comfy and it had everything we needed!

Wonderful summer stay!

We had the best time and the place was very well stocked with more than I imagined we would need. We stayed over the July 4th holiday and being able to walk to restaurants and the market was perfect. Incline Village doesn’t allow non-residents on the beach but there is a shuttle that will take you over to Hidden Beach or Sand Harbor (runs every 20 mins). The beach chairs were the cherry on top! But staying in was also great! The place is clean and comfortable. We had 4 adults and having private space in our rooms or shared space in the living area or patio was just what we wanted for vacation. We made good use of the patio. It really is under the pines so having the broom supplied to brush everything off was welcomed. We noticed all the neighbors doing the same! The kitchen is very workable. Having so many plates, glasses, bowls, platters, utensils and kitchen tools made it especially easy to cook in. Loved the laundry and dishwasher too! 😊

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay! The listing was very accurately representative of the condo. Comfy beds and clean. One of the paintings in family room was not hung but secured behind the couch. The dishwasher did not have a steam function so we had to hand dry all washed dishes after it completed its cycle. There was no broom unfortunately but we made do with a vacuum. But overall, a good stay. Had good communication with rental company vacasa when we had questions. Great location! Thanks! Thanks!

Poor management and total lack of cleanliness

If cleanliness is a high priority for you, I highly recommend you look elsewhere for your stay at Incline Village. This place was filthy - stained sheets and bedding and a disgusting amount of hair in the sheets. There was so much hair, it's virtually impossible it was washed between guests. Same issues with the towels. Stains and hair on nearly every single towel. We got there late and had no choice but to sleep in the soiled linens. The next day I contacted Vacasa, the host, to let them know about these problems. They offered to send housekeeping but who wants cleaners coming in the middle of their stay and possibly touching personal belongings. I asked them to just send clean sheets and towels and we remade all the beds ourselves. Also, they obviously don't dust this place as I found a lot of visible dust around the home. Don't look up at the fan unless you want to see a thick, furry coat of dust! Delightful. I will never stay at another property managed by Vacasa again. If I were the owner of property, I'd be really upset at the low effort Vacasa puts into cleanliness. The property itself is actually just fine.

Christmas Stay

The property is clean and quiet as advertised. The location is great with easy access to multiple ski resorts. Enjoyed the stay over Christmas week with the family.

Great value

Clean and functional. Visited in winter, so didn't use deck. We did appreciate the fireplace. Whole place looked like it had been recently remodeled -- everything was very nice. Recommend you get there during daylight, as it is difficult to find in the dark. Perhaps the directions should provide a landmark of where to turn in -- I think it would be Creekside West. Unit was very clean, except the fan in upstairs bedroom and not sure rug there had been vacuumed recently. Both would be deep-cleaning issues, which may not occur after each guest. Overall a really nice place and certainly great value.

All you need for your stay in Tahoe

The property was perfect, looks just like the pictures. Clean and welcoming. Kitchen was very well equipped. Only used the king bed and it was very comfortable. Parking a bit tight.

Clean, great location, new

Great location, easy parking with only step to get inside, code on door made it easy. Kitchen well stocked, beds comfy with very good quality bedding. First floor has queen bed and access to communal toilet/sink. Outdoor seating was comfortable and broom left outside to sweep tree droppings from seating. The grill was super dirty and smoked alot so we decided not to use it. Two propane tanks provided for the seating area firepit but both empty so we didn't get to use that. Upstairs two bedrooms - main bedroom super big in size with an attached lovely bathroom (toilet holder broken) and second bedroom very spacious with access to a shared bathroom (guests on first floor can use this second floor shower). Overall I'd stay here again. Couldn't figure out how to lock the sliding glass door and property managers were quick to respond (you push it in, no latches anymore?!!). Wifi strong and good too.

New and Clean interior

Great location and nice renovations. A couple items to add or fix: add 2nd hair dryer, clean patio and get better sofa covers for outdoor furniture. Dishwasher is not bolted in properly - please look into. Need higher capacity water heater. After two showers water lost heat. Toilet paper holder was broken in main bedroom. Sherts were worn and not smooth. Overall-great place. This is not a complaint but sharing opportunities to tune it up a notch.

Modern, Clean, Great Location!

The home was very clean & modern, it looks exactly like it does in the pictures. Beds where very comfortable. The home was perfectly located near Raley's, restaurants, coffee shop (Drink Coffee Do Stuff), lake and ski resort. One negative was that the Wi-Fi was very slow which was a bummer since we like to settle down with a movie as a family after a long day of snowboarding(we made it work), overall it was a great space for our family!
