Our dear guest! We are sorry that you had a negative experience with our hotel. Unfortunately, on the day of arrival, a huge storm hit Hungary, as a result of which the electricity in the area went out due to lightning. The electricity service was interrupted due to the catastrophic weather. This is not the fault of the hotel, but the weather caused such a problem that the electricity went out for a while. The roof did not collapse, the hotel was not damaged anywhere. Our prices are cheaper compared to 4-star hotels in the area, as we work with introductory prices. We apologize for the inconvenience.
