"That it is a highly professional establishment, run by extremely efficient people and one cannot find fault in anything they do or serve to their guests and that is a given.

"This is a atandered hotel.
Check in staff were lovely.
Room was clean and well presented. I found it noisy I could hear the TV and the person coughing in hhd next room.
The room was light with lights turned off due to a gap around the main door allowing light in from the hallway.
We paid for the buffet breakfast, there was a good selection bit I found the food lacking something."
