"Delightfully friendly and kind hosts.
Very clean place. Simple rooms, with everything you need, and shared washrooms. Nice breakfast. The shuttle to the lift is nice (although also easily walkeable in 10-15 minutes). The onsen bath downstairs is a definite bonus."

"We tried to cancel the reservation with all or some refund due to death of a family member just a few days before our check-in day. We provided everything we have including death certificate but the facility insisted the whole prepaid fees in full are not refundable. We understand the hotel's policy but rather than show their condolences in any degrees, the hotel letting us not just suffer for lost of life and also financially lost. "This was a gem for our ski trip. Before checkin the staff was very helpful with transportation suggestions and questions. Because the road to the hotel is not drivable in the winter you call the hotel from the parking/bus area and they come and pick you up via snowmobile, this in itself was a fun experience for my son.
The room was quite, clean, and had the right amenities. The food was Japanese but very good and staff ensures dietary restrictions are met. "
