"Eastwell Manor is simply a stunning property with a beautiful building. We were unable to avail ourselves of any of the spa options, but there are many. We enjoyed our time immensely. Both evenings we dined in the bar, which has an extremely limited menu. If we had one complaint that would probably be the one. The staff was extremely accommodating."

"Expected a lot more from a spa hotel, rooms were clean. Unfortunately very dated and lacking that feeling of you’ve paid a bit more to stay somewhere nice, I feel it could do with some updating. I moved rooms from a superior to an executive as superior had a lot after boiler cupboard next door and I couldn’t sleep at all with the noise. There was not much difference in the standard of the rooms, I didn’t feel I would pay extra to book the executive and feel that the standard rooms may be as good...

"Good location, walkable to Canterbury Cathedral. Good single room, comfortable bed. Hosts were very friendly and helped me up to my room by carrying my suitcase. Since I was on the top floor, this was much appreciated. Breakfast was plentiful starting with continental choices and then a full cooked meal with several choices on the menu. Very good value for the cost."

"Lovely newly decorated and refurbished rooms. Breakfast service was fab. Evening meal was just as good. Had two very spoilt dogs with us."

"Pretty run down. We spent a few hours there. Got at 1:30 at night. Got room with only 1 bed (4 people). They were nice and fixed the problem in 10 min. EV charger obsolete, could not plug my Tesla. Very old Tesla charger. Other charger required some network membership. Not great. Good I had enough charge to make it to the channel tunnel. But this increased our trip next day in 45'"
