"This hotel is part of the Best Western Sure Collection. I have stayed here several times before and not been disappointed. I am delighted to say that this stay was no different but actually exceeded expectations. The staff on reception were so friendly and welcoming. I booked in for an evening meal. My room was around the back where there was additional parking in from of the lodge. My room was a suite with a proper full size, king size bed. There were welcome gifts on hand and the whole room...

The heating was on a schedule such that at night the temperature in the house was around 6 degrees giving me a backache until I asked the owner to keep the temperature at a constant 23 degrees. There no toiletries provided till I asked the owner to provide them. There was only one bowl for porridge until I asked for more of the owner. "We stayied two nights at this hotel The room on the first nigth was 25 C The 2rd night it was 28.5 C So you could not sleep They have a good night garantie Asked at front desk They said to contact the guest relations Contacted them just to find out that first i did not book with them dirrect And that the room temp do not fall under the good night because this hotel does not have airco So what is the point of having a good night garantie "
