"L’accès a l’hôtel était un peu surprenant car il s’agit d’un hôtel situé en étage d’un immeuble. Par contre nous avons été vraiment agréablement surpris une fois arrivés à la réception. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et conseillés pour visiter la ville. La chambre était parfaite avec une literie très confortable et une salle de bains extrêmement agréable et lumineuse. "Very nice place to stay, friendly staff, Lorenzo was excellent - we speak Italian but he also speaks English well, too. Very close to the beach, nice little outdoor space and surprisingly quiet considering it's right by the road. Parking was easy in October but might be a bit tight in August. Will be back."

"This is not a hotel. It is a group of rooms, each with an ensuite, that share a common lobby. They have provided everything you need. It's impeccably clean and has a ton of charm. A little tattered walls/paint but not a big deal. Wonderful staff! You have to take the stairs up and then take the lift. Once you leave the lift, you have to go down a flight of stairs again. There is a lot of street noise but it calms down later at night so sleeping was fine. Big TV. Outstanding location, close to...

"Nos alojamos mi pareja y yo algo mas de una semana y hemos estado muy agusto.Gran parte de la culpa es de Franca, su propietaria, una mujer muy agradable y simpática la cual no dudará en ayudarte en lo que pueda para que tu estancia tanto en su alojamiento como en la isla sea de tu agrado. En cuanto a la limpieza le daríamos un 10, cada dos días limpiaban la habitación y cambiaban las toallas,etc.. El desayuno que entra incluido está bastante bien, surtido de frutas,yogures, mermeladas,...

"Beautifull, clean room. Close to a very nice beach. Its not in the centre of Cagliari but there are easy and quick busstops nearby. My advice: download the bus app. Its easy to see which bus you need and to buy tickets online. The hostess is very friendly and will help and advice you in everything. Highly recommend this place when you want to be close to the beach but not completly in the centre."
