This property was as described, decent condo, private balcony over looking the mountains, fitness center, pool, amazing master suite. The condo has cheap amenities, grill does not work and the stairs are crumbling apart, there is no elevator, 3 flights of stairs,all of this was overlooked, minor issues.
The hosts check in and appear to care greatly, until there is an issue. Day 3 the power went out to the unit, was out for several hours. The company ultimately said it was a "failure" and would have to move, they were able to put us in one of there many unfilled rentals. There was no choice but to skip out nightime plans, pack with flashlights and move to the other location. I expressed my concerns after the move, residential neighborhood, no master suite, no exercise room, no privacy and no view or balcony.
The response from the company was "thanks we will keep that at mind for our future guests" Never an offer of anything due to the major inconvenience.
There is a keycard that you need to access the pool area which i inadvertently left in my Beach bag during the move in the dark, i let them know and that i would leave it at the current rental. They advised i would need to drive it back to the condo with no power or be charged 100 dollars, they further stated they would not want to inconvenience their other ts. No concern in the world for my inconvenience.
The properties are decent, clean, but the customer service is absolutely te absolutelyabterriblterribleverlooked.
