"Outdated. Stained bedroom carpet. Very spotty WiFi, no mobile Phone service in many areas, asked about these and we were told that yes, services were poor, asked why they didn’t tell people as they reserved and had no explanation. Was sent an email saying there were no elevators but they didn’t say we were on the second floor. Found out after getting to room. Maybe clean water spots from faucets and taps, tub and sink. Coffee mate does7cut it. No bottled waster or milk/cream packets. Dining room...

"This is the only hotel nearby, so there aren’t really many options to begin with. That being said, my overall experience was good (except for some noisy people in the room upstairs, which I reported to reception, but it wasn’t really addressed); it’s close to the town and in a quiet area, and unless you have noisy neighbors, you should have a pretty decent night’s sleep. The room is not too big, but there’s still a pretty decent amount of space for you to move around. The place looks kind of...

"We had one nights stay and found the staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and had a nice area to sit outside. The brochure indicated a river view but we couldn’t see this because of the summer foliage. The continental breakfast was very nice. We did however feel the price was high compared to other Inns we have stayed in (King bed)."

"Very friendly couple who were most attentive. During our stay they provided rides in to town and on our last day we had an early morning bus to catch. We were provided with sandwiches to take with us in lieu of breakfast. No question this will be our first call on a return visit to Stratford. Highly recommended"
