"The unit needed lots of work. It was roomy for the 2 of us. Pros for us: it was next to the elevator, a pool, and the cafe. There was a good view of the ocean from the balcony. Things are outdated and walls needed to be painted (there were swaths of white primer or paint on different colored walls), cabinets were in need of repair.
