"I got a call the night before our stay that our original VRBO had flooded, so VRBO helped us find a new unit and this was it. I typically do a lot of investigating before picking the place, so this was a new experience. Here would be the reasons to choose this unit: 1) Proximity to the beach. 2) Walking distance to restaurants and shops. 3) Large unit with large bedrooms. 4) Two-car garage at the beach! 5) No ants or any other critters, which is not always the case at the beach.Here would be the...

The property manager was excellent with helpful, friendly communication and very quick responsiveness to questions. The view and proximity to the beach cannot be beat. That said, sadly, the property seemed very worn down this time. "1st class all the way"

"The location is amazing, the view is incredible. The only reason we did not give a full 5 stars is the property is a little run down. The HVAC did not work but they had mobile window AC units in each room, there is a hole in the primary ceiling, and it lacks general property maintenance (ie: exterior paint, rusty stair rail ect.) All this aside we would stay again because of the location and view. "
