My partner and I stayed at All the Comforts of home for a long weekend in the fall. The accommodations were comfortable, clean and quiet and the property is only a ~10 min drive from downtown Hudson. It was perfect!

Traveling through the area.
Our stay was for one night. The property is beautiful, the efficiency is well appointed and comfortable and very clean. We were very impressed with the communication and the care for us from the owner. It is quiet, rural and very peaceful.

The property is lovely! It is comfortable and clean. The host was very communicative and helpful. The hot tub was so relaxing, we had a really great stay and I would highly recommend this place.

Great value stay
Clean and accurate to the listing. Steven was communicative and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here. Only thing to consider this is about a 10-15 min drive from downtown Hudson and there was no Ubers and the Taxi services are patchy at best. Just plan accordingly, as there may not be a Taxi available later in the evening.

Perfect Place for Mini-Getaway for Hudson, NY
We had a great time using this property as our launching pad to discover the beauty of Hudson and surrounding places - especially Olana, Opus 40 and Art Omi. So much to see and experience!. It is a must see for anyone in NYS. Our very clean unit was small but cozy; and was exactly as advertised.. Our host Steve was great at communication before arrival and was on hand on the grounds to answer questions while we were there. Check-in was a breeze. This boutique vacation get away is part of what was once a farm, and we had a small path to our unit past raspberries and persimmon trees, from which we were invited to partake. It is a very easy 10 minute drive into the heart of Hudson, NY. We would happily be Steve's guests again, but would opt for one of the larger units if staying for more than 3 days.

A Nice Stay
We stayed for two nights while touring the Hudson Valley. Steve was helpful and responsive. We had everything we needed. the room was clean and the location was good. The mattress was bit too soft for our liking. The room we stayed in was not the one pictured in VRBO and was not as nicely laid out and decorated. We were surprised by this. The exterior was also cluttered and a bit overgrown even for the end of the summer season.

Lovely location!
Beautiful property - loved the deck immediately outside my door. Flowers everywhere! The room was perfect, kitchenette exceedingly clean with everything one would need.

Good Overnight Stay
Photos accurately describe the property. Well equipped kitchen for a studio (half size refrigerator though). Easy ride to Hudson for a wedding. Not luxurious, but good $ value compared to prices of Hudson hotels. Steve (host) is pleasant to deal with and accommodating. He has tried to equip units anticipating guests' needs.

Nice Garden Atmosphere
I felt a bit like we were in a lush Costa Rican location there on the second floor with the large-leafed trees overhanging the deck and the abundance of flora all around. The room was a bit small and lacked a dresser so we had to open our suitcases on the bed every time we needed to get something out. The kitchen was small but functional enough. If you enjoy bourbon then I'd suggest going to Cooper's Daughter Spirits just a few minutes away and I'd also suggest the outdoor art museum at Art Omi. Next time we'd find a place that's a bit more spacious though.

We attended a wedding nearby
And the room we had was just right. We only stayed one night but the owner was accommodating in terms of our dogs. They were a bit unsettled but the owner was understanding. Thank you for a good stay.

Not as advertised
The property is a working farm. The vrbo website property photo is taken with your back to the property, looking at a restored home next to a creek. It is not a photo of the property itself. The entrance leading to the apartment was not well marked. Renovations were ongoing on the building. It seemed that there are multiple apartments as part of the complex. It was fine for me. My wife would not feel safe here.

Construction is almost complete and Spring is coming. Things will be a lot brighter when the flowers begin to bloom and the gray of winter is gone. People enjoy the fruit and vegetables on our farm which is a free bonus with your visit. Hope to see you again in the warm season. The entrance has a 15 foot sign on the road at the entrance. Also we do own the property where the photo was taken. It is a view looking out over our creek. Steven

Nice studio with kitchenette and all necessary
The room was as on the pictures. Small, clean, and with everything necessary for a short stay. The only thing was that google map and waze are a bit off, and when you putt the address given it brings you to another house. You need to go down the hill and enter at the signs. The owner took a little time to get back to us on this and on the tv (that he fixed after).. not that important. I would totally go back. Easy to go to skiing slopes from there, and room was really toasty in the deep of the winter.

Almost Tuscany
Very clean and well appointed accommodations. Looked over gardens and orchards, very pleasing, wish we had been there in season. Very friendly cat that wanted to join us. Often. We like cats, so no problem.

Getaway along the Hudson
We stayed two nights on separate occasions. Our room was well maintained, and there were no problems with it. The location is away from the noise of a city. There is easy access to Hudson and Catskill for all that is located nearby.

A lovely restful spot that is special. If you like gardening it’s so interesting. Very friendly and gracious host. Well equipped and clean kitchen and bath. I wasn’t vacationing so didn’t explore the area but the landscape is really beautiful rural New York farm country

Great place!
We were very pleased with our room. It was immaculate and spacious: we had the upstairs unit. Steven was very helpful. We enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi just steps away from our room. I would recommend this - minutes from downtown Hudson. The only drawback was the downstairs guests (on our second night) stayed up very late talking and that was disturbing for sleep. Finally at 1:30am they quieted down. No fault of the owner - next time I'll go down in my PJs and ask them to quiet down!

Had a great experience staying here on me and my girlfriend’s anniversary! Beautiful farm, nice room, and very kind and accommodating owner. Less than 10min drive to Hudson city and sweet lake out front the property to sit and walk along. Great weekend getaway, we’ll definitely be back
