"It was a get away to a quiet place with a lot of unique features. There is a walking path lit with colorful leds, that was fun to stroll. The out house is funky but very clean, a very rural experience. The cabin was very nice, almost like palacial tree house but on the ground. It was warm enough and I slept well too. "James and Diane's cabin was a little slice of paradise in rural Maine. The scenery right out the back door is absolutely breathtaking. "Perfect Stay for Our Mount Katahdin Adventure! We came to hike Mount Katahdin, and Elizabeth’s place was absolutely perfect for us! The home was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. We loved being able to cook our hiking meals in the well-equipped kitchen before heading out—just a quick 25-minute drive to Baxter State Park. "Gwen and Andrew’s cabin was a perfect place to unwind and watch the beauty of the lake by morning, noon and night. It was very tidy, clean and very well thought out for the cozy space inside, with plenty of seating areas outside to move yourself with the sun throughout the day. They kindly offered use of their canoe to explore the peacefully quiet lake and fishing in the coves. We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back again to rejuvenate in this peaceful place! "

"The cabins were clean and cozy. Convenient to store and restaurants. Price was reasonable. I will say, the showers are a bit strange with the controls outside the shower itself, also no barrier to keep water in the shower. But the heat lamps in the bathroom were wonderful after returning from a COLD ride!! Would definitely stay again."
