We were there to work a Revival and this place was exactly what we needed. Kitchen was amazing. Neighborhood was quiet. Grocery stores were very close and easy to get around. We were only 20 min. away from our destination every day. Communication with property management was great and they checked on us to see if we needed anything. Beds were comfortable and bathtubs were large so you could soak in after a long day. Garage was perfect for us because it was connected to house plus parking spaces behind condo. We would recommend this to everyone. Excellent. We will rent it again next year

Howell trip

Enjoyed our stay. There were a few maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. Property manager offered to send out a handy man but the timing didn’t work with our schedule. Overall would recommend.

Howell Condo

Great convenient location. Easy to get on the highway and the cute downtown area with shops and restaurants are five minutes away. Love the garage feature too- no scraping snow off your car! Be prepared to climb stairs as the condo is three levels and the bedrooms are at the top.

Ladies Time Out

We enjoyed our stay at this Condo. It was neat, & clean, with comfortable furniture in each room. A lot of stairs, but we thought that was good for us. Our host, Nathan was very quick at responding with the few questions we had. Easy to get to. Not far from Downtown. We would stay there again.

Wedding Weekend for this Bride & Groom

We loved everything about this property! Host was quick to respond, location was a perfect distance from our wedding venue (Waldenwoods Resort), and it was great kicking back in luxury after our wedding! Super easy check in and our favorite Michigan "fast food," Pita Way was just next door. We will be back!

Exceptional Home

Property Manager was very nice and made the whole process easy. Beautiful home with lots of amenities. Really clean and comfortable home. Stayed three night and wish we had more time to enjoy it. Cute neighborhood as well and would definitely stay here again.

Second Time

We stayed at the Howell Condo for a second time, our stays being just a few months apart while we visited family. Everything was great! The condo is just as pictured update to date and very clean. There is plenty of space. The location is perfect for our needs. Will stay again.

Just perfect

We were in town for a family funeral. The location worked well for us being close enough to everything. The condo was just a pretty as pictured and it was very clean and had everything we needed. Nathan was very responsive and available. Highly recommend!

time in Howell

Very nice townhome and convenient to both Detroit and Lansing. Located in a very quiet area and super convent to grocery / dining. Fireplace was great to enjoy the evening by!
