"The hotel is old, all the facilities are outdated, and on top of that I arrived with my dog, who is a service animal. I showed them my dog’s certification, they told me it wasn’t a problem, and three days later I had an $80 fee charged to my account! It’s unbelievable — they will find any way to take your money."
