Great place to HQ if you are visiting Hot Springs with family or a group. The house has nice historical charm. The pool will be nice in summer. No real issues. Well equipped

If I could give the owner, the host and the house itself a real rating , it would be way above 5 stars. It was shear joy staying here.Charming , Beautiful, clean, well thought out, we absolutely loved the entire house! Wow! We were close to everything we wanted to do. So easy to locate when we got into town, and so easy to access the main streets in town. The host was always a phone call away and answered very quickly when we had questions. We will definitely return and want to share this gem of a place with others. Thank you Adri for such a beautiful place !

Easy check-in and communication with the owner and housekeeper were great. Perfect location—quiet but close to everything. We loved stepping outside to the pool. It was clean and very well maintained. The house was perfect for our family. Everything we needed was easy to find and well organized. House temperate was perfect. We loved the big dining room table. Perfect for eating at and great for playing cards! We absolutely loved everything about Prospect and will definitely be booking our stay again. Thanks for making our vacation so great!

We had an amazing time! Everyone had their own “floor”. The grandsons loved the basement “bachelor pad”! The house is so conveniently located to everything!The property manager was a great communicator and extremely accommodating!We definitely will come back!

Great house and pool.

This was a great place for us to stay. Cheryl was super responsive. The only issue I had was the parking, but it wasn’t really a big issue for us. Based on the pictures, I thought we could park behind the house, but the driveway was super steep and there was a gate at the bottom. I think we could have gotten one car in there, but I think getting out would have been an issue for my kids. Everything around our house is flat, so none of us felt comfortable parking on the steep drive. We just parked on the street and that was fine. Street was wide and there was lots of room. Beds were great. Lots of spaces for us to hang out. We used the pool everyday and loved it. Thanks for a great stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Hot Springs Vacation

We had a wonderful time at this location. There were a couple of issues that we were made aware of when we arrived... dishwasher and vacuum. These didn't stop us from enjoying the home. The pool was great and our family enjoyed it! There was plenty of room for all of us as well!

60th Birthday Celebration

My boyfriend had an excellent 60th birthday celebration with his family. The house layout really worked out for everyone. The house is located in an adorable historic district. It was so close to all of our activities. Everyone loved the pool. I highly recommend this house!

The house was beautiful! Great location as well. We did misunderstand the bed/bath arrangement. We assumed 3 bedroom/3 baths meant that each bedroom had its own bath. This was not the case. There was only one bathroom upstairs with two bedrooms. The third bathroom was all the way down on the basement level which is two floors below the bedrooms that shared a bath. We managed ok but it wasn’t ideal for us. Otherwise we enjoyed ourselves!

Amazing historic house and neighborhood

It’s not very often you get to stay in a historic house. This place is delightful. The bed we slept in was so comfortable. The rooms were decorated so lovely and comfortably. We had everything we needed in the house. The game room was a winner for our grandson - even my husband loved it. We walked around the neighborhood down to Quapaw St to look at the old estate houses. We had a question and got an immediate answer from the management. Thank you so much for a delightful weekend.

Girls’ getaway

The house was charming and cozy, but plenty of room for all. Beds were comfy and location was great. Communication by owner/manager was excellent. Controls for lights/fans were confusing to use and light switches sometimes hard to find initially. The toilet seat upstairs was a bit wobbly and the main floor bathroom was hard to get out of until we understood how the door handle worked. All minor things.

perfect location in Hot Springs

Absolutely—here’s a revised version without that line:⸻We were celebrating a birthday and wanted to visit Oak Lawn and the casino. The house was very cute and in a great location—close to everything we wanted to see and do in Hot Springs. The beds were comfortable, and the showers had good water pressure and plenty of hot water, which we really appreciated. It was a cozy and convenient place to stay, and it suited our needs well for the trip.

Cozy Home in Quiet Neighborhood

Loved the coziness of this 1934 home on the edge of a quaint preservation district. Loved the fact that we could walk to many things including a hiking trailhead to West Mountain, some nearby businesses, and even the Central Avenue bathhouse row (about a 25 minute walk). Home was well-furnished, beds were very comfortable.

Spectacular Hot Springs Property

We have 3 couples who meet annually in different places the weekend after Thanksgiving. This house was perfect for 6 people. There was plenty of living space to be together and get away. The location is excellent, and we had an excellent stay.

Fabulous Stay!

The house is beautiful and has everything you need. Close to everything! We stayed in December so we didn’t get a chance to use the pool but we are already talking about going back this summer. Communication with host was great. We brought our pups and the home was super pet friendly. Highly recommend this home 😊
