"The property was amazing, it had the cabin feel with a family of deer in the front yard every evening but was still in walking distance of downtown hot springs. The host was very responsive, checking in on us through messages, throughout the visit to ensure everything was going great. Would definitely recommend and will be using this location again in the future"

"This property has not been dusted for a long time. The carpet was filthy; the bathroom was clean although the jets in the tub were dirty and therefore unusable by us. The kitchen has no stove, only a very small countertop unit. The kitchen has very few supplies. The porch area was covered in cobwebs. The inside although decor is as advertised it attracts a tone of dust and is very dark and drab. Also, they need to advertise that it is not a good place for those with disabilities.
