Absolutely Beautiful!

My husband and I loved this house! The view of the lake from the living area was spectacular and so relaxing. We sat outside on the huge deck daily with our morning coffee or the floating deck in the evenings with a glass of wine. The beds were very comfortable and allowed for a good nights sleep. Communication with Julie and Roger was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet Getaway

It is the perfect location for a relaxing and quiet stay. We were totally able to decompress. The view was the same beautiful view whether on the deck or in the living areas. Would definitely book again!!!

Birthday Trip

Stay was phenomenal. Nice neighborhood, quiet street, home was very well kept and everything was spotless. Amazing view in every area of the home. The floating dock was so peaceful for an evening to relax. We loved watching the birds out of the kitchen wondow in the morning. Cant forget all the beautiful plants and "Cottage Kitty" was a bonus. Host were very accommodating and repsonse time was quick. Easy access as we had a late arrival, lights were on and home was very welcoming. Would definitely recommend a stay here. I know we will be back.

We loved this lake house. It may be the cleanest property we have ever rented. Comfortable beds, lovely living spaces, beautiful deck and the best spot on the lake. We will definitely be back!

Quiet and peaceful retreat

On a deadend road, with no to zero traffic. The birds and the water makes a special get-a-way from everything. The view of the waterfront, the outdoor space and the living space make a great combination. Thank you for letting us stay here.

Really nice place on Lake Catherine

We stayed here a couple of nights when we went to the Arkansas Derby . Would like to go back sometime when we can stay longer and utilize the lake and grounds . Very nice warm and homey . The hospitality of the host was excellent and the place was very clean with excellent beds . Would not hesitate to stay here again .

Fun in Hot Springs

We had a terrific mother/daughter get away. The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the gorgeous patio and the view of the lake. We had a wonderful time shopping and exploring the nearby antique stores and taking a horseback ride near Mt Ida.

Beyond our expectations, so relaxing.

From booking to checkout, everything was smooth. We were greeted with a personal note. The home was so clean and bright, outdoor spaces were inviting. We were sorry we couldnt share it with friends, but the time alone was priceless. We would love to book it again. Our only regret was that we didnt pack our fishing poles maybe next time. We've already recommended this to family members, but it is a long drive, for us almost 12 hrs. Beautiful hills & good roads, plenty more to see in the area, because we enjoyed just being at the property. Local information provided led us to some fantastic restaurants where we were able to celebrate our 46th Wedding Anniversary.! overlooking the deck & river.

Sisters' Weekend

My sister and I stayed at this location for a weekend of relaxation and catching up on a long awaited visit. The location is great!! The home is immaculate and met all our needs. Perfect place to relax

This property was perfect! Sitting on the deck or the floating dock was the ultimate spot to enjoy the water view. Hosts provided everything needed and the house was exceptionally clean and the decor was beautiful. The king bed was super comfortable and the area was really quiet. I highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again.

Beautifully House & Property

My mom and I stayed here for a mother/daughter trip. It was perfect! Our hosts left a welcome note, check-in was easy, there were thoughtful touches throughout like soap & shampoo in the shower, extra toothbrushes, recommendations on restaurants, instructions for the ROKU, and a bowl of chocolates! The property is beautiful, it exceeded my expectations! Thank you for a great stay, I hope to come back again!

Great cottage with everything we needed. Property is on the river with great views and a relaxing dock. Had a great time. I found the neighborhood streets back to the cottage a bit tricky, but no problem if using a navigation app.
