This was the perfect couples fall getaway. The house is cute and cozy and the views are absolutely gorgeous. We sipped coffee and watched the water each morning from loungers or the hot tub. It was very quiet this time of year with so many stunning autumn views! We told the hosts that it was our anniversary, and they left us a bottle of wine with a thoughtful happy anniversary card. Just the sweetest. They also have a list of great recommendations for restaurants that we were grateful for and the drive to downtown Hot Springs took us no time. We loved this little place and the kindness of the hosts.

Once again an incredible stay! Easy check in, curb appeal, seclusion from the road, the list goes on. One of the cleanest I have ever stayed in. Home is comfortable, has a great view from living room and deck. Host are great and accommodating. Will definitely be back! Loved our girls trip to relax and do some shopping downtown.

It was a perfect weekend getaway! It was so quiet and peaceful. We loved spending time on the pier on the swing and in the hot tub. We brought enough food for our stay thank goodness because we ended up never leaving the house until check out. The house was perfect and felt right at home. The owners were great at communicating and very accommodating. We loved our stay here and we were not ready to leave!

This property was just as it was advertised! Clean, cozy and quiet. We enjoyed the hot tub in the morning and the evening. We fished and caught Bream! Deer visited us in the yards and the humming birds were abundant! Would definitely go back.

The house was completely immaculate upon arrival. The entire property was as advertised.Julie & Roger emptied and refilled the hot tub between us and the previous guests. That was a detail my spouse and I hadn’t even thought of, but was extremely appreciated. My spouse and I also took full advantage of the provided kayaks. We enjoyed them so much, we’re looking into getting some kayaks of our own. 10/10 would definitely stay again. Thank you Julie & Roger for being phenomenal hosts!

Very relaxing, had everything we needed to grill, cook, etc. hot tub was great-and felt very private off back deck. Bed was comfy-loved the pillows! Would definitely stay again!!

This was a beautiful property on the lake, even better than the pictures. It was decorated so lovely and was so peaceful inside and out. Whether watching the hummingbirds and squirrels from the deck, reading on the patio or sitting/fishing on the dock, it was thoroughly relaxing. The hot tub was great after daily hikes in the area. We appreciated all the local information provided. Our favorite hikes were at Lake Ouachita and Lake Catherine State Parks. The hosts were great at communicating. If we only lived closer, we'd be back often.

This vacation was amazing! The house was perfect. We were very comfortable and relaxed. The location is perfect - far enough from people yet close enough for sightseeing and errands. We woke up and went to sleep with the first and last thing of our day being fishing from the boat dock. Communicating with the hostess was easy and accurately helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here - as we will the next time we visit Hot Springs!

We had a wonderful stay. No problems at all. Love to come back some day. So relaxing to use the hot tub. Kayaks were nice also. Water was a little cool at first but got used to it quickly. Nothing to complain about.

The property is beautiful with the lake directly behind us, pretty floral landscaping, easy walk down to the dock for swimming, fishing, or just relaxing in the swing on the dock and watching the sun go down. I need to give Whisker’s restaurant a shout out as well for an easy place to get take out very close to the property. I hope to rent again!
