This place is absolutely gorgeous, and the hosts are incredibly hospitable! They checked on us via chat message often and were very responsive to any questions/concerns we had. Will definitely be booking with them again should we come back to Hot Springs! Highly highly recommend!

Stephen was the most responsive host I’ve ever dealt with. The house was absolutely beautiful and clean and amazing. It was very spacious and great for our family gathering. The location was central to tourist amenities of downtown hot springs. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and even got crazy and did a cold plunge in the pool! This house was stocked with everything we could have needed for our stay and then some. We will definitely keep this one in mind for our next visit to hot springs!
He even decorated for Christmas!

The home was beautiful inside & out. The coffee bar was impressive. It had absolutely everything we needed & the kitchen was impressively stocked for cooking. The beds were comfortable. Everyone slept very well. The guys did the Cold Plunge in the pool then the hot tub. Very fun to watch. We did the Hot Springs Off-road Park and we also did Quapaw Hot Springs. We really enjoyed it.

Great place!

This place was very well stocked with all the necessities like towels, bedding, kitchenware, etc. The house is beautiful and in a great location that feels extremely private. Our family had a great stay here and would recommend it to anyone!

Nice house with a nice pool.

Home was very nice and clean. The pool was amazing and the whole family enjoyed it. Host repsonded quick when we had a question. We had a very pleasant stay here.

Wonderful Hot Springs hideaway

Friends and I gathered here for a 60th birthday celebration. The house was perfect for all our needs. The abundance of seating and openness of the common space were especially appreciated. Everyone said they want to stay there again.

Great Location

We enjoyed a lovely family vacation in this beautiful home. It is clean with nice furnishings. We enjoyed the firepit area and cooked most meals there. Communication was excellent.

Five Stars – Perfect for a Large Family Getaway

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home—perfectly sized for our large family group of 10. The house is spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with newer appliances and a well-maintained feel throughout. The swimming pool and hot tub were big highlights for everyone, and the kids especially loved the dedicated playroom. There was plenty of parking for our group (up to six cars), and everything was easy to access and use. The hosts were excellent—very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. We highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing property

We came to Hot Springs for a wedding. We had 7 adults and stayed 5 nights. Plenty of room for everyone. Location of this property is fantastic! Highly recommend!!

Great house/great location

We had an excellent time at the house. This house is close enough to town that we walked there everyday. The owner communicated excellent and check in check out process was well communicated.
