Close to a great grocery store! The location is about 15 minutes from downtown Hot Springs. It's definitely a rental property first. There are no personal touches (like throw blankets, accessible chargers, and minimal details). The kitchen stock is fine for a rental. There were some significant damages when we checked in, for example, a broken coffee table and exposed nails on the edge of one bed frame. The split unit on the third floor didn't work the entire time we were there. Luckily, it cooled off enough at night that the kids sleeping up there were comfortable. There are no curtains or shades in the primary bedroom, so all the light from outside comes in through the big, beautiful windows. There are also no window shades on the primary closet window... so if you're changing your clothes, you have to change in the bathroom - unless you want to give the senior community across the water a show. The super-tall ceilings mean the staircases are incredibly steep, which made us nervous with a toddler. All in all, though, the beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay.
