Very comfortable, nicely decorated, and well stocked for all our needs. The lake toys of kayak and paddleboard were appreciated for those not wanting to jetski with the rest of our group. The air conditioner kept us quite comfortable and the air conditioned garage and game room was quite handy for loading and unloading in mass without opening doors constantly. Ping pong and foosball tables were a nice amenity and brought back old family memories!!!

Great Home Near Hot Springs

Location to National Park and State Park was very convenient and easy to find. Home was very clean, modern. There was a nice bowl of snacks upon arrival. Plenty of room for our adult family of four. We had fun with the ping pong table. We ended up not using the kayak because there was only one. No one wanted to go out alone. Overall, this home was exactly the way it looks in the photos; host very responsive; great location to all Hot Springs activities. We would definitely rent this home again.

Birthday Celebration

Loved the property! Easy assess to the track and anywhere in Hot Springs. The bunkbed room was the only area that wasn’t user friendly for us older folks! Would definitely stay again!!

Christmas with the family

The property was well kept. The proximity to the lake was awesome. The games in garage was a nice touch. Area shopping within a mile or two. Overall a great value. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Place!

We loved this place. Plenty of room, very clean and up to date. Nice large tv and stocked with everything needed. It was great to have use of the garage to store our bicycles and gear. Communication was great!

Needs some attention

Pros: * Nice finishes, newer build/remodel, spacious Cons: *extremely hard to get boat in and out of the shallow inlet *no view of the actual lake, just a few feet of water and neighbors packed in on all sides and across the stream of water *not deep enough to park the boat in the water along the boardwalk, and had to tie up at the neighboring house *the house alarm went off in the middle of the night and we could not get in contact with the owner for 30 minutes. We ended up calling Vivint and they told us what to do after 15 minutes of back and forth and finally contacting the owner. So glad the police did not show up (but also a bit disturbing). *the gas grill and burners were in terrible condition and would not light, even manually; the owner had no alternative solution to offer *Had two HUGE parties going on at the townhouses on either side of us, with loud music, drinking, and clouds of mary jane (not the fault of our owner) *Not the best neighborhood; the driveway was hard to get in and out of as the road was narrow and there was a large dumpster for the apartment complex directly across our driveway.

Simply Perfect

We stayed for 2 days to attend the Arkansas Derby and everything was perfect. The house was clean and modern. My husband cooked breakfast one morning and all of the appliances and utensils needed were present. We could have stayed there for much longer. The view was simply amazing and oh so very relaxing to wake up to.

Family House for our Wedding

We had a great time! We chose Hot Springs for our wedding and this house was a great place to stay! Grandparents loved watching the grandkids fish off the dock and played serious ping-pong in the garage!! The house was super clean and beautifully decorated! It had everything we needed and we would highly recommend!
