The property is located in a nice location with private dock ramp. We enjoyed the outdoor patio and various amenities the property offered. Everything was clean and in a good condition.

The homeless large and accommodated our group so everyone had their own bathroom. I was a little annoyed at tattered frying pans, and a blender that didn't work. But I let the owner know and new ones were delivered within an hours. Great job Kyle and Carrie. Home was comfortable and easy to get to all the lakes and the national park and Garvan Gardens. There was nice sheets on the bed and the towels were premium. The downstairs has a bonus room with two queen beds with the game room adjoining. If you have kids, this is great for them. Fact, it's great for adults too. I stayed in that room because it was nice and cool. I would come back here.

Incredible place for our elopement/honeymoon weekend!! PLEASE note the cleanliness has nothing to do with the house - it was impeccable - but it is in an inlet and a bunch of trash had washed up on the property that could possibly be taken care of in the future.My elopement photographer is recommending this place to all her clients!!

Owners were very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions/concerns. You must walk through the lower level bedroom to get to the game room so no one stayed in that room. We enjoyed the balcony. Quiet neighborhood, too.

Very nice house that was comfortable and enjoyable to the adults and the 6 young children. The boat covered dock was good as we rented a pontoon boat for our visit. Plenty of parking. Good location as it was convenient to stores and restaurants. We had a great time there!

Lovely home, lots of amenities. Great place for a family. It has three levels, so navigating stairs is a must. Outdoor decks are wonderfully furnished with a view of the lake. Big kitchen area that is open concept with a good flow between the table, kitchen and living area. Location is a little hard to find at first, but it is near Central Ave. with easy access to downtown Hot Springs and other area attractions. Hosts are very attentive and helpful. I would highly recommend this Vrbo.

My extended family stayed here for a week and it was perfect. We put the kids downstairs with the game room and they had a blast. The other rooms were also very nice. The kitchen was well equipped and we made almost every meal there. It's pretty close to everything in hot springs as well. I would highly recommend.

The location of this property is perfect for access to everything you need! Great layout in the house with plenty of room for hanging out with friends or family. The game room and 2 covered patios worked out great for our weekend here. We spent most of our time out on the lake but there were a couple of rain showers that came through and we spent that time in these areas! Again just a great property & location!

Great time!

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO in Hot Springs! The house was perfect for our family, with plenty of space for the kids to play and relax. The hot tub was such a treat on chilly nights, and we made the most of it. The game room was a huge hit—everyone had a blast, and it kept us entertained for hours. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a memorable getaway. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend!

Amazing Thanksgiving trip

Place was amazing, we found all what was necessary for a group of five families. Almost did need nothing else but just enjoy. Property owners were so kind and so fast in responding to my dump questions, like hot to regulate Hot tub, or find a spare gas tank, or how to find a switch box, all questions been answered right away. Thanks a lot to owners for hospitality! We will be back again for sure
