The property does NOT have a hot tub!!!! When we asked the owners they made it sound it was out for repairs, but there hasn’t been one for a while and the area was converted to a covered seating area. The owner’s didn’t want to do any concessions after we communicated this. VRBO did help us but finding another property would cost 3x the amount. Upon arrival we also noticed that in the bed room blinds were missing. Overall condition of the property was poor to average (it’s outdated, but that is not my issue) the fact that many things were in poor condition (broken or missing) shows that there was little care. This is a property where taking a lot of pictures when you arrive and leave is a necessity. The cleanliness was ok, the location also with a view of the lake. There is a community pool and it was maintained. We would not recommend this property as the owners are not ethical and misleading about the hot tub and didn’t care and the property had broken furniture etc.
