The place was clean and looked nice. Some notes for the next person who books:- this is a duplex, not two houses as it appears from the photos. - each side of the duplex has a king room and a room with bunk beds on the second floor. The third floor has queen bunk beds and a twin bed on the landing and a trundle bed in a small room attached. There is no door to the “room” at the top of the house. The beds are just on the landing, which opens to the balcony.- the stairs are very steep, with no rooms on the first floor. This may impact those with impaired mobility.- the host notes that there will be curtains in May. They mean May 2026. Currently there are no curtains, and the king rooms have floor to ceiling windows. -the third floor is not supplied by central heat and cooling. It has separate units that function like window units with some efficacy.
