Best VRBO rental we've ever had. Excellent place to stay! The house was very nice, so clean and comfortable. Very well stocked with everything we needed. Checkin was easy, we had no problems at all. Definitely hope to come back again.

My husband and I stayed here. The bed was comfortable. The home was beautiful and clean. It had everything you needed to make it a great stay and the host has lot of lots of little things. They were also just a text away if we needed them. Check in and out was easy. The home is on a dead end road which made it quiet and peaceful. The view is beautiful I enjoyed taking it in while drinking my tea. We really enjoyed our stay here and look forward to coming back.

It was a very clean and spacious home that was inviting and decorated beautifully. We enjoyed to e dock, fire pit, kayaks, and games. The host was very caring and checked in on us several times throughout our stay. We hopefully will be back.

This was by far the best experience with a vacation home. The host were very nice and communicated with me as well. I'm making this my permanent vacation spot when I come to Hot Springs. They had everything qe needed already there and i just cant stop thinking about the veiw and the decorations were a plus. I cant wait to book this place again.

I cannot say enough good things about my stay at Doug & Lita’s beautiful lakefront home in Hot Springs! From the moment I walked in, I could tell they had thought of everything to make their guests feel welcome and comfortable. The house itself is lovely, spotless, and so well-stocked that I never once thought, “I wish I had brought ___.” It truly felt like a home away from home.What really made this stay unforgettable were all the extras Doug & Lita provide for enjoying the lake. They had kayaks, fishing gear, and even bikes—everything you need for a perfect day on the water or exploring the area. I spent mornings paddling on the calm lake, afternoons fishing right off the dock, and evenings watching the sunset from the deck. It was pure relaxation mixed with adventure at my fingertips.The attention to detail here is unmatched. From the cozy furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen to the thoughtful little touches throughout, you can tell Doug & Lita genuinely care about their guests having the best experience possible.If you’re looking for a place where you can unpack once and have every single thing you could possibly need for a week (or more!) of lake fun, comfort, and beautiful surroundings—stop looking. Wonderful stay

Beautiful home. We had a wonderful stay, beautiful clean home. Lake access is perfect. Only wish is there was some kind of shade on the dock and maybe some more outdoor furniture but overall we loved our stay and would highly recommend!

Great Getaway for a Large Family

We loved our stay! It comfortably fit our family of ten and it had the most serene atmosphere. There are two bedrooms on the main floor and a large upstairs with several beds/sleeping options. This worked out perfectly our family because my husband and I took the master bedroom, our two sons took the other bedroom and our six daughters shared the upstairs.We loved the large backyard and all of the windows facing the river. This house would be perfect for people with younger kids as it has a fenced backyard with two lockable gates between the house and the dock/river.There’s only a 16 minute drive to a Walmart supercenter. The kitchen has plenty of equipment, so we were able to make food for our entire family, the majority of our stay. We made an exception to enjoy pizza from the Grateful Head down by bathhouse row which was only a 22 minute drive.Early in the morning, and as the sun started to decline, a mist would form over the river, making it look quite magical. The dock is large and open, perfect for swimming and fishing. Several of my kids fished every day, but they didn’t have much luck catching anything. They did see several large fish, but there was a little too much intermittent traffic on the water from jet skis and pontoon boats to get a bite.It has been unanimously decided that we need to come back to this house for another vacation. The owners a great and responsive.

Peaceful and stylish

Well-designed home with incredible views. Welcome music playing upon arrival was a lovely touch , made us feel like we were on vacation instantly . Equipped with everything you could need . Having kayaks etc at your disposal is amazing. Home is a bit away from the hustle and bustle (to us that was a perk) but about 15-25 minutes from various activities in HS. Quiet park of the lake was peaceful, even spotted a bald Eagle- wow. Hosts very communicative and kind. Would book again!

Beautiful Home on the River

The home was clean and had plenty of space for a family of 5. Communication with the owners was excellent and the house was well stocked. Convenient location for downtown Hot Springs and Oaklawn. Great location if you're planning to take a boat or kayak on the river.
