We were in town for a family wedding. This home not only met the needs of having enough beds for the 8 of us that stayed there, but had all the conveniences of home. A fully stocked kitchen, hot tub, lake decking with kayaks, games for the kids (adult kids enjoyed Pac-Man). Great location, quiet neighborhood, very clean. Amazing!!

The house was perfect for our large family! The game area was a huge hit as well as the hot tub looking over the lake. The beds were amazing and it was so nice to have all the family together under one roof. The house was in a great part of town, we were about 10-15 minutes away from everything we needed. Highly recommend this beautiful house if you’ll be visiting Hot Springs!

Home set up was wonderful with bathrooms off of four of the five rooms. Three couple with our total of eight children fit well. We very much enjoyed the view and water activities available to us! Hot tub, pool table, and video game machine were a wonderful bonus.

Family vacation

Heatherwood is a beautiful home . We had 9 people plenty of room . Beds were all comfortable. Check in went smoothly. Young adults had a lot of fun in the lake , kayaks and paddle boards Unfortunately it was too warm for hot tub but looked awesome . Kitchen had 2 fridges which was perfect. We had one just for all our beverages . Large table so we could have our meals together. Pool table so nice and plenty of room so you weren’t bumping into walls . Pricey home but definitely worth it .

Lovely Thanksgiving retreat

Plenty of space for all 14 of us! We loved the pool table and the outdoor lounging and dining space. Enjoyed kayaking. Made memories with our extended family that we’ll treasure!

Awesome getaway!

The home was everything we needed and more! It’s soooo spacious! We all loved that it was a single story and no one had to battle getting luggage upstairs. Each room has a tv in it and plenty of space to move around. Everyone enjoyed the usb ports next to each bed to plug their phones in at night. We spent 90% of our time on the patio. It’s equally as spacious as the rest of the house with a 10-person patio table as well as couches for lounging. There is a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. The laundry room is just off the kitchen and is HUGE and has a refrigerator in it for extra food/drink storage. We used it as a storage place for all our bags and crates that we brought our items in so they were out of the way during our stay. The only suggestion we had was to put a tv outside on the covered porch-we’re big college football fans and would have loved to have been able to see the games while we sat on the porch. Laura was wonderful and always super quick to respond if we had questions. 100% will come back to stay here again!

Fabulous weekend

Just sitting on the deck and looking at the view would have been enough. But the we had the great game room to watch tv and play games. And roomy kitchen to cook our food. We will be doing this again.

Great Stay!

We were able to enjoy our family all being in the same unit. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and not be on top of each other. From very young to fairly old we all enjoyed it. The outside deck was awesome. If the weather hadn't been quite so hot, it would have been even better, but the owner can't control the weather.

Awesome house

We had a great time at the property. It was exactly as advertised and actually much bigger than we expected. The views from the back deck, and the boat dock were phenomenal. We had one small problem when we got there with a hot tub not working and being empty. I reached out to Laura and she immediately had the hot tub repair person. Come by fix the issue and had it working extremely quickly. I was incredibly impressed by her responsiveness and willingness to get that problem solved. The house is a great location as well with easy access to all the activities we wanted to do.
