We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It was very clean, and the kitchen was supplied with any small appliance, pots and pans and cooking gadgets you might need. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the game room with the pool table was a hit. The view of the lake is gorgeous, and there are lots of sitting areas outside. Our favorites were the gazebo and fire pit areas. Although the property description mentions a hot tub, there isn’t one. There is however kayaks available to use. Did I mention how beautiful the lake view was?!😊 It’s a short drive or uber ride to Oaklawn and downtown area. We will definitely come back on our next trip to Hot Springs.

The host is extremely responsive.There was a problem with the Kuerig, one text later there was a replacement Kuerig on the front porch. The place is great, rooms are large and the peace is evident. The host is a true Super Host.

The house was stocked with everything we could possibly need to cook our Thanksgiving meal. The bedrooms were large, with incredibly comfortable beds. My only complaint of the property is that it had a dock where you could stand out and fish but there was no water, only mud. Other than that, everything was amazing and we would love to stay here again.

Great water views from inside and outside. Lots of covered outdoor seating. We enjoyed watching the nature, fish and turtles in the shallow waters, migrating Canadian geese, and a bubbling spring. Had planned on bringing grandchildren, but one got sick. Great place for kids, so much space inside and out. Such a quiet neighborhood.

Property was nice, its a really pretty area. The house needs some updating and some things fixed. The house had a lot of fun things to do such as the pool table and there were some games to play. We only had a couple problems. When we arrived the AC wasn't working in the majority of the house, only one bedroom and upstairs bedrooms that had separate units. There was a really bad leak in the AC vent, water was all over the floor and continued to leak all day and night. Tried to contact owner for several hours, finally got back to us after 10 PM. It was very hot so we really couldn't enjoy the house that day and the next morning. Someone came and fixed the problem the next afternoon. The kayaks need some updating or fixing. One kayak had a hole in it and would have sunk if we didn't see it was taking on water. Another Kayak had no seat. I wish there was some fishing poles because swimming in the water is not an option, it didn't look clean at all or safe to swim in. So not much to do besides kayaking. Owner did give us a partial discount for one of the days due to the AC problem the first day, so we were happy about that. Overall nice place but needs some updating and better communicating with guests.

Our stay was overall good. The homeowner communicated after some delays but responded when asked questions. The house is nice but with a strange layout and some dated accessories. The lake is calm and without much traffic but is extremely shallow. About waist deep 30-60 feet out. After checking out I received an email 5 days later saying a claim had been made for damage and was for 1,800. I talked to the owner and she said an “inspector” had found damage to some very old couches. She sent some photos of visibly old damage to these run down couches. None of the handles to put the feet up worked when we arrived. The picture was of a small tear in one of the cushions. Complete nonsense. Ultimately that experience soiled what was otherwise a decent weekend. It felt like a cash grab. The house is nice, just unusual. But due to the dishonesty of this incident I won’t be back.

Location was peaceful, relaxing and spacious. However, the home is in need of some major attention: - many light bulbs missing or burned out (inside and outside);- ceiling fan on patio did not work; - overall cleanliness was extremely poor:- countertops had build up and were sticky/grimey; - food splatters covered the under-cabinets lights; - lots of food stuffed in cabinet (some open upon arrival);- fridge/freezer were not wiped down after last guest; - washcloths were stained/dingy to point we would not use; - rec room remote missing; - dock had deck boards that were dangerous.Reached out to host to inquire about reduction of the 200 cleaning fee paid - no response. If home had a professional deep cleaning and a handy man fix the multiple broken items - this could possibly be rentable again - but would not rent in current state.

It was such a beautiful home but things werent good our air went out in the master suite friday morning, tue bed sheets in the master with no air i found body hair on the sheets, all the furniture in the living room was broke down n 3 out of the 4 didnt recline. But we still made the best of it other than that n the house was still so beautiful and so was the water

We had a fun time during our stay with family.The host was nice and made check in easy. Enjoyed the kayaks and fun in the water. Great place for multi-generational family

The lake house worked out perfectly for our family's week long vacation. Everyone had their own bedroom (my wife and I took the Master, my son and his wife and their infant son took another, and my other son and daughter each had their own bedroom). There were additional beds if we had a bigger crew.Communication with Lucia was perfect. Smooth check-in and check-out. Everything was ready when we arrived (clean rooms and bedding, yard mowed, etc). We didn't have the need to contact her during our stay so I can't speak to that, but I suspect if we had there wouldn't have been any issues.We made good use of the kayaks that were available for journeys up and down the arm of the lake.A couple of items to note if you are considering staying here. First, the house is a multi-level split ranch layout. If anyone in your party has mobility issues, this will likely be a problem. The layout is a little wonky, but it didn't bother us. Second, the lakefront is fairly shallow...very rocky near shore and then mucky bottom. Not much of a problem for us since we spent time floating in inflatables, but might be an issue for younger kids. Lastly, there are some small items that need a little attention --- Edision light bulbs that were replaced with glaring LED bulbs, outdoor lights by shore line that weren't functional anymore (one even had a bird's nest in the globe!), and pool cues that were missing tips that made playing pool impossible. Small things that didn't impact us.

We had so much fun!

Booked this place for my Mom’s 50th, and had family from TN come over as well. Everyone fit comfortably. So many things to do everyday. We fished, swam, kayaked, and went out to downtown Hot Springs for wine tastings, shopping and dinner (Cajun Boilers, it was delicious). The hostess has the house well-supplied, especially in the kitchen, in case you forgot to bring something. There’s also a Walmart close by. The gazebo is a nice accessory, and definitely made use of it. 10/10 recommend this place!
