Our stay was very nice except for the room temperature. We are in our 70s and the house temp was 64 with no way to change . We were chilled with out jackets or sweat shirts

We loved our stay in Hot Springs at this house, it is a perfect cozy area and barely a mile from bathhouse row and all of the shops/restaurants. The host made the check in process completely painless and was very quick to reply to any messages.

The house was a good overnight stay for us. The kids loved the games and small snacks provided. The main bedroom door would not shut, and the coffeehouse has moved (that was one main reason we picked this place), but I appreciated the cleanliness of the house and stand-up fan in the main bedroom.

Great place to stay, close to downtown

The property was as described, very clean and cozy. Location is close enough to downtown but far enough from the noise and traffic. The local coffee that was provided and the protein bars were great.

Great spot in Hot Springs

This is a lovely cottage in a tree lined neighborhood. Walking distance to the coffee shop. Short drive to trails and downtown. Communication was great with the owner. Not a fancy house but one with a great vibe to it. Super comfortable.There is no stove, though I assume that's in the description and it didn't bother me because we hadn't planned on cooking. There is a hot plate and a coffee maker. Highly recommend!

Good, clean, comfortable

Had a great stay, no complaints about the property or hosts. Just be aware that the coffee shop that is described as next door in the listing is no longer open. We were looking forward to the ultimate convenience, but alas, the coffee shop had relocated down the highway. Still only a five minute walk one way, so not too far. Would stay here again.

Little Yellow House

This was a sweet little house that was probably 60 year old and very clean. It has all of the things needed when staying away from home. We only stayed over night but we did enjoy our stay. It also had a pen if you brought dogs with you.
