A very big home. A really great value, so expect some dated details. Couches were brand new. All living room seats recline. Beds very comfortable. Plenty of outside room. Dining seating was ample and comfortable. The hot tub was a pleasure. Washer and dryer worked effectively. The home is on a dead-end street, and neighbors are very quiet. There are some barking dogs and some activity out of a fire substation, but mostly very peaceful and private. DISH: I couldn't figure out how to use the TV to stream, so purchased a universal remote. Getting anywhere was easy. I went to downtown, Lake Ouchita, Entergy Park, Oaklawn, YMCA, and ER at St. Vincent. I'm so glad that an ER was close. Some items not there that we needed: colander or strainer, scissors, paper and pen. Donna left plenty of restaurant coupons and suggestions. I made some meals. The kitchen was well-stacked, but people haven't been taking care of the none-stick pots; they were terriblely scratched. There was a cast iron pan. Donna was always quickly responsive and polite. Only one TV is hooked up. There is a tv downstairs hooked up to DVD player. My son used his PS to stream.
If I were to go back to Hot Springs, I 'd choose the same place.
