  • Beautiful 1960s home centrally located on a quiet street close to the MTB trails, Oaklawn, Bathhouse Row, and historic downtown. You'll love the majestic mountain view every morning out the window or on the front porch. Plenty of room inside and outdoors for all your outdoor toys like bikes and kayaks.

    The space
    The house sits on a hill overlooking West Mountain. A large backyard is great for having a peaceful breakfast or cooking over a fire with friends.

    There are two bedrooms, one full bathroom, and one half bath. A built-in bar connects the dining area to the living room, and a sunlit kitchen overlooks the backyard.

    Guest access
    You'll have access to the entire house during your stay.

This place is so cute and the vintage vibe is amazing. The backyard is huge and perfect for the dogs to run and chase bunnies and squirrels. It was close to everything and had plenty of room for us. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again highly recommend this house and the area.

We had a delightful stay. The house is beautiful, very clean and spacious. We brought our dog and were pleased to see the fence in the backyard. The neighborhood is quiet, but it was easy to get to all the local sites and restaurants. I love the mid-century modern aesthetic and enjoyed all the original elements they kept in the home when modernizing. The bed was comfortable. We will gladly stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Great place!

Fun decor, kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, quiet neighborhood and close to lots of attractions and downtown.

We had such a great time! The house was lovely and well furnished. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet. Would highly recommend it!

House was awesome

Communication was great with property owner The house was decorated with 50s 60s and 70s Grandkids loved the games they had I wanted to take home some of the furniture I had to explain how a camera and wall phone works We had a great trip and very comfortable home Would recommend to anyone going to hot springs Arkansas Thanks again

Perfect Getaway

Girls' trip.

The vintage vibe was on point, down to the vinyl records and the 1962 Life magazines. The chocolates on the pillows was a nice touch. The home was clean and we felt the neighborhood was safe and quiet. We had everything we needed for our stay and the owner was great to work with.

Great Vacay Rental

We had a wonderful time in Hot Springs and what a great house we rented. We were about a mile from the Casino and city, but it was a very quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable, nice shower and a huge backyard. We really enjoyed staying there, everything we needed was there. If you need the host Jeremy, he’s easy to contact.

Lovely retro hilltop home

My friend and I had the best time at this property. It has a super fun retro vibe and an amazing view from the front and back yard. We also really enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and my dog loved the big backyard. It's also conveniently located to downtown! I'll definitely be back.

Great Location

House is 10 minutes from everything in town. Quiet street. Large, fenced in backyard which was great for my dog. Plenty of space with fun retro decor.

Unique Surprise

Many little features such as complimentary coffee, combo washer/dryer, and surprisingly provided bidet in the half bathroom was perfect for making our stay feel warm and inviting. Add the fully functioning record player and surround speakers made the experience unique and fun to share with each other. We had a memorable time, and look forward to returning to this property the next time we come into town.

Perfect!

We absolutely loved this place as well as the host who was very accommodating!! I will add we have rented properties from VRBO and sometimes the pictures over represented the "rental" & we would be very disappointed. However with this place- the pictures were accurate!! We plan on staying here every time we are lucky enough to visit Hot Springs and it is available!! The location is also perfect to wherever you want to go to in Hot Springs!! We also recommend breakfast at Phil's which is less than 5 minutes from this wonderful house.

Perfect for a gorls weekend getaway!

I booked this house for a group of girls to spend some time in hot springs, Cinco De Mayo, races, casino, etc. The house outdid itself! Super easy to check-in, every room had little knick knacks. Plenty of towels(very important for 6 girls and 2 nights) We loved it so much we even had a little mini photoshoot in it! Super grateful for easy hosts who just expect you to respect their stuff and in return you get to enjoy their house!

A Retro Good Time!

Let me start off by saying that we LOVED the house. The whole house gave a 50's vide and it was so cool. It had a classic vinyl player with vintage records and classic wired speakers. The beds were super comfortable and there was even fold up bed in the closet. If youre in the area I highly this house. We will definitely book this property again!
