"The space was clean, full of all the necessities you can think of plus extras, and in the perfect area because it was surrounded by places to eat. It was easy to find and the host was great with communication. There was a laundry area that was free for us to use and different pantry and fridge staples already provided. We will definitely be staying again!"

"We had a great stay at this basement-level unit in Laramie! Two comfortable bedrooms, one bathroom, and a cozy living room with every streaming service you could want. The kitchen was full and well-equipped, making it easy to cook during our stay.The location was super convenient, and the neighborhood was very quiet and cute. The owner lives upstairs and was incredibly kind and welcoming — always available but never intrusive. Would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

When we stayed, the owner was in the process of making some improvements, which honestly need to be made. He was painting the exterior and fixing up the yard, but got derailed by a very invasive construction project, which should very soon be finished. "WARNING: There is a massive, uneven easement hill before the flat land pictured. Not suitable for an RV. The gate doesn't even allow for safe RV entry. Also not pictured is the section of land being used as a junkyard, which you are expected to camp next to. The neighbors came out to say the land is under a trust and the lister has not shown rights to use the land, so the county is taking him to court. I was granted a full refund, but save yourself the trouble of finding a last-minute substitute...

"We stayed for a long weekend and had a great experience with this house! Very clean and spacious, the AC units were a great addition, and the host was very welcoming and helpful! The only downside is that parking is rather limited in the one driveway when there are also guests in the basement rental, but the street parking is open on weekends! Very easy to work around this issue, overall we had a fantastic stay!"

"Clean, clear communication, great location to campus. Nice to have parking off the street too. The only minor thing that I would note is that the walls are thin and if other guests are staying upstairs you will basically hear everything. Lol not something I took into account having not stayed in any type of apartment for years. It stayed nice and cool though, which is a huge bonus in Laramie's hot summers where most places do not have A/C. I would recommend and likely stay again if ever I'm back...
