"First note that the new owners are in the process of renovation such as painting and repairs so I cannot give them 5 stars right now for the exterior, but definitely 5+ stars for the room cleanliness and comfort. The room had everything we needed and in great working condition. Another 5+ for service and friendliness! I would stay again!"

"Leah and Lady were such kind hosts. The room was so clean and comfortable we could have slept another 8 hours if we didnt need to hit the road. The breakfast went above and beyond with Leah getting us coffee and anything else we needed, and her homemade yogurt was so good! Lady was such a sweet dog as well, would have definitely made friends with our dogs if we took them with us!"

"My 80 yr old father and I stayed here when coming to see my sister. The cottage was a perfect size and an easy walk to the ocean. It was lovely to sit outside the cottage and take in the fresh air and listen to the ocean. I will absolutely be back!"

"We had a wonderful stay, the house was warm and cozy. It was exceptionally clean. Really close to the beach and all the shops. "

"Our stay was wonderful. We had a great time. Did not need anything. Everything was provided for us. Quiet, cozy and homey. The property management group communicated very well. The beach is close and the property is well taken care of. One thing that needs improvement is the entry area. It smelled musty and reeked of wet shoes on rugs that have not been cleaned in a while. Big mud stains on the stairs leading to the living room area. Offputting for sure. All else was fantastic."
