"Great location, convenient, clean and comfortable. There are two things I must bring up, only one of which may be in the host's control.1. The bed in the rear bedroom creaks very loudly at the slightest move or turn. And, the mattress offers no support.2. The people who live upstairs made sure we got no rest at night. They moved furniture around in the middle of the night, and had screaming, profane, nasty arguments at all hours of the day and night."

"This is a very spacious rental as it is the full basement under someone’s home. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans, however, it would be nicer to have some newer items such as cookie sheets that were not kept clean by prior renters and hot pads.
