Home was very spacious and comfortable. Beds were so cozy. The location is great. 20 mins from cold spring and 10 min from Hopewell Junction.There's also a fire pit on the premise

The house was very clean and cozy. Beds were very comfortable. We had a few visits from cave crickets, but that's to be expected given the location of the home. You definitely need all-wheel drive to get up the driveway. All in all it was a great experience. We will most certainly be reaching out for next year's Mom's weekend again.

Great Place

Perfect spot for a get together with friends... kitchen, dining room and living room all connected so you're always together and not missing out on the fun. Comfy couches and plenty of space for large board games.

Great house well appointed driveway could use some work and twin bathroom needs shower curtain and towel bars - we’ll stay again on another visit location is perfect very convenient

If you are looking for a home that will fit a group of 8, look no further. This home was just the right size for our group of six adults and two children (9 yr olds). Two of the rooms had king beds and the other two were queen beds. Couches were really comfortable and cozy. The washer and dryer was a life saver! We came to New York to visit a Patterson, Wallkill, and Warwick for some tours. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

Love the house. Need tvs in bedrooms, glass on downstairs shower and balance air units.

Would have given it a 5 except for those minor things. Will definitely stay there again.

Excellent for a Group

This house might have the weirdest layout I've ever seen, and if you don't like stairs, it's not for you. But it was clean, warm and very inviting. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location!

We were very happy with this VRBO. There is no hangers for your towels. That is the only negative thing about this place. The beds are very comfortable! And location was perfect for our group.

We loved the house! Description was very accurate! Beds were comfortable, couch was also great with lots of throw blankets! Decorated very nice and was spotless!!

NY trip back home

Home was well maintained and had all we needed for a very comfortable stay. Driveway was gravel and difficult to manage even with 4WD vehicles.

The property was lovely. There were extra towels and very well stocked kitchen supplies. My only complaint was the overwhelming odor after someone used the fireplace. I wish there was something to neutralize the smokey odor. Also it would be nice to have a tv in the bedrooms. At least a tv in the master bedroom. I would stay here again.

This is a very nice home with a well equipped kitchen. The living room and dining areas are spacious. We could have used more closet space but it wasn’t that much of an issue. The driveway could use grading but had ample parking.

We rented to gather family for Christmas. The house worked very well. The house was clean and true to pictures. had all the essentials we needed Weather caused the driveway to be a bit challenging, but was doable

A nice location near many parks and lake beaches. Modern decor, appliances and fixtures. The driveway REALLY is NOT hospitable. The kitchen is missing things like measuring tools/serving spoons/serving bowls. A safety note: the stairs both going from the kitchen to the bedrooms and to the sunken dining area are not spaced proportionally and could be a hazard for some.

loads of room on the 1st floor! very comfortable. Just a note and was not a big deal, 2 of the beds were queen size. Went to the area for the hot air balloon festival.

Wonderful place to stay!

This was a great place… and we use VRBO often! The owners provided a lot of little things that typically were overlooked, like creamer, coffee, soap, TP, and so much more. The house had a unique set up with three bedrooms up stairs and the master on the ground floor. It was perfectly clean and nicely appointed. Thank you for a great stay! We will be back!

Just right

The house was just as pictured. Past reviews were helpful. Knowing about the driveway in advance was helpful. It is an odd floorplan, but it worked out fine for us. The kitchen is lovely and had everything we needed. We were in the area for the Stormville antique show. The house is in a great location, central to many great attractions.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay however, the listing states all the beds are king sized and only 2 are. The other 2 are queen. Also (note for host) we forgot a pair of sunglasses and would like to have them mailed back if they are found, could you contact me if possible.
