"The property was everything we needed it to be. We had 8 adult's and it was tight but not too tight. We spent most of our time at and around the creek fishing, watching and reading. Snorkeling and kayaking right off the porch. Stopped at Maxwells’s Grocery Store in Marsh Harbor and ate most meals in. A larger grill would really be nice. Cannot really use existing grill. "We stayed at the Little Palm cottage for 8 nights, with 8 guest. The owners did a fantastic job remodeling the home, it was beautiful. Alexis was fantastic and helped us with any of our needs. The dock was close by, which made it a great location. We would stay at the the Little Palm Cottage again, hopefully soon!"

"Very nice, clean beach front house. Secluded and quiet. Sandy was very responsive to questions before booking and helpful with local knowledge. Be prepared for possible power outages which were few and short but can happen. We were very satisfied with the property and would stay there again."

"A lovely cozy cabin and a lovely setting but the restaurant next-door, nippers gets unnecessarily loud at night especially on a Friday. Then the roosters give an early wake up call. We were there in late summer and the crowds were not big at nippers but nevertheless the music played."
