"This is a wonderful cabin. The A frame structure is rustic and charming. There’s a comfy deck. Debra has shelves of board games and lots of info on local things to do. There is a washer and dryer! The upstairs loft with the king bed is where we slept because my husband is 6’6”. I loved it, although I bumped my head 3 times on the ceiling beams! But my husband was not that happy with how low the bed is and that we had to go downstairs to use the bathroom. The kitchen had the necessary dishes. But...

"My wife and I got away for a long weekend after being kid-free. We brought kayaks and wanted to explore the area. We enjoyed the location very much, with easy access to Hoodsport and Hama Hama. The access to the water wasn't as easy as we hoped, but the fact that there's a little county park in front of the house did work out for us. The neighbors seem very protective of the beach though, so that's weird. Luckily the smoke from the Bear Gulch fire didn't come down low enough to bother us either,...

"We had a great stay at Lake Cushman. Check in was easy. Grilling on the deck was great and we loved the lake and the clean beachfront and community lake access. Our kids loved jumping off the floating dock and kayaking. Since it’s a 5 min walk from the house I was grateful for the bathrooms by the shoreline. This house has a ton of beds which helped our families spread out and find the right configuration for our multigenerational vacation. Hosts were responsive. "

"This property is absolutely amazing. The view of Lake Cushman, the quiet, the lake access. All of it is top tier. When we travel, we pick the place based on the view and access to the water, not too much on the amenities (except when we travel to warmer climates we always make sure there is AC). That being said, this property has literally anything you need. We took advantage of the toaster oven, gas oven & range, the blackstone grill, washer/dryer, literally all of it. "We had an incredible stay at this cozy cabin in Hoodsport! The location is unbeatable, just steps from the canal and surrounded by endless hiking trails and lush nature. The hot tub and sauna were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, and the kitchen was impressively stocked with everything we needed. Peaceful, scenic, and thoughtfully equipped—this place is a gem. We’ll definitely be back!"
