"My wife and I got away for a long weekend after being kid-free. We brought kayaks and wanted to explore the area. We enjoyed the location very much, with easy access to Hoodsport and Hama Hama. The access to the water wasn't as easy as we hoped, but the fact that there's a little county park in front of the house did work out for us. The neighbors seem very protective of the beach though, so that's weird. Luckily the smoke from the Bear Gulch fire didn't come down low enough to bother us either,...

"This is a wonderful cabin. The A frame structure is rustic and charming. There’s a comfy deck. Debra has shelves of board games and lots of info on local things to do. There is a washer and dryer! The upstairs loft with the king bed is where we slept because my husband is 6’6”. I loved it, although I bumped my head 3 times on the ceiling beams! "My boyfriend and I absolutely love Lake Cushman and we stayed the weekend for celebrate his birthday. This cabin has it ALL!!! The host was absolutely fantastic and was easily accessible for any questions. Hot tub on the patio facing the lake was absolutely amazing!!! Sauna on the back deck was a nice treat. Absolutely everything about the cabin was absolutely wonderful!!! We are already looking at the calendar to plan our return trip!!!"

"We loved staying here. The cabin layout is so nice and the large windows were very inspiring. The view of the trees was very nice. The patio was a great spot to spend the cool mornings stretching and drinking coffee. The walking proximity to the lake was very convenient and the swimming area at the lake was incredible. If you want a nice place to stay in proximity to Olympic National Park, this is a great choice."

"This property is absolutely amazing. The view of Lake Cushman, the quiet, the lake access. All of it is top tier. When we travel, we pick the place based on the view and access to the water, not too much on the amenities (except when we travel to warmer climates we always make sure there is AC). "We had a great stay at Lake Cushman. Check in was easy. Grilling on the deck was great and we loved the lake and the clean beachfront and community lake access. Our kids loved jumping off the floating dock and kayaking. Since it’s a 5 min walk from the house I was grateful for the bathrooms by the shoreline. This house has a ton of beds which helped our families spread out and find the right configuration for our multigenerational vacation. Hosts were responsive. "

"We had an incredible stay at this cozy cabin in Hoodsport! The location is unbeatable, just steps from the canal and surrounded by endless hiking trails and lush nature. The hot tub and sauna were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, and the kitchen was impressively stocked with everything we needed. Peaceful, scenic, and thoughtfully equipped—this place is a gem. We’ll definitely be back!"

"We really had a lovely stay. The cabin has such a great communal space with plenty of room for the 9 of us while still providing privacy in the bedrooms and downstairs area. Our host was very easy to communicate with and everything worked well. The setting, with the gorgeous lake right outside and the little park areas was of course stunning.
