When you stay at one of our properties, you can count on a professionally cleaned and meticulously maintained experience. We’re even available 24/7 should you need us.



    Welcome to the vibrant and family-friendly Ilikai Marina Hotel, your perfect escape in paradise! Situated on the 11th floor, this inviting unit treats you to breathtaking views of the sparkling ocean and Ala Wai Harbor, visible from both the bedroom and the living room. Just steps away, you can sink your toes into the golden sands of Hawaii’s world-famous beaches and swim in crystal-clear waters.



    The location is truly unbeatable. Explore the rich local culture with nearby luaus and dinner cruises, or indulge in the diverse international restaurants. Shop to your heart’s content at the Ala Moana Shopping Center, and enjoy the convenience of having all these attractions within walking distance.



    Inside, the unit offers a perfect blend of comfort and style. The living room is a cozy space to unwind, complete with a dining table for four and a sleeper sofa where you can relax and enjoy your favorite shows on the 65-inch TV. The fully equipped kitchen, with full-size appliances, invites you to prepare delicious meals with ease. The bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, providing a serene sanctuary for restful nights and a dedicated workspace, while the full bathroom is designed with a walk-in shower to refresh and rejuvenate.



    To make your stay as seamless as possible, all linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided. You’ll have access to a convenient, coin-operated laundry facility located on the 8th floor. Stay connected throughout your visit with complimentary high-speed wireless internet. For those traveling with a car, paid public parking is available on-site for $35 per day, though prices are subject to change.

    ILIKAI MARINA AMENITIES INCLUDE:

    HOW TO GET HERE:

    From Honolulu Airport, it is just a 20-minute drive from your destination. Rent a car to explore or grab a taxi for around $45, depending on traffic. Look for signs on the way to the taxi area upon arrival. Enjoy your trip!



    CHECK-IN/ CHECKOUT:

    Check-in: any time after 3:00 PM

    Check out: any time before or at 10:00 AM



    Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we’re unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you’d like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we’d suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.



    STARTER SUPPLIES:

    We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.



    HOUSEKEEPING:

    Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.

     

    The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding. 



    LINENS & TOWELS:

    You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet.



    BEACH ESSENTIALS:

    We’ve got beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella ready for you in the unit so you can enjoy some fun in the sun. If you’d like a beach mat or snorkeling gear, just let us know—we’re happy to provide them upon request!



    LAUNDRY ROOMS:

    There is a laundry room on the 8th floor with coin-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit. 



    3O NIGHTS OR MORE STAY:

    Experience even greater savings! Reach out to us when planning a stay of 30 nights or more and enjoy a 10% discount on your total room fee.



    We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well.     Please Note: Concrete Spall Repair Project

    The Ilikai Marina building will be undergoing exterior painting, waterproofing, and window sealing to keep everything looking great and well-maintained.



    *Scheduled Work: Work on Stack 86, including this unit, is estimated to be scheduled from December 15, 2025, to January 09, 2026.

    *Lanai/Balcony Access: The lanai will be temporarily closed during this period for everyone’s safety.

    *Noise, Dust & Smells: Expect construction noise, dust, and occasional strong fumes from the painting and waterproofing between 8 AM – 4 PM on workdays.

    *Please keep doors and windows closed and cover personal items inside to help minimize dust and smells.

Great stay with easy access

We frequent Oahu as much as possible and wanted to stay at the edge of Waikiki to avoid excessive traffic. This apartment provided that easy access we needed to places we needed to visit. It was clean, bright and very comfortable. I loved all the available storage and use of their beach goodies. We didn't need to cook anything but they provide everything you need if you want to. The only complication I had was figuring out the overnight parking ticket but people around were nice to help. On that note, parking was never an issue. Overall, we were happy with our stay. Communication was excellent and we would stay again. Mahalo!

Great place to stay, condo was clean easily accessible. Parking in the garage is pricey, but makes access to condo much easier than the parking at the harbor.
