Elevators took forever. Wait time 10-15 minutes. First room given smelled like cigarette smoke. Arriving at 2:30AM. Not ideal. You would think the hotel staff would provide an upgrade for the inconvenience. Gave another room at a different tower on a lower level. Will never stay there again.

ワイキキよりも落ち着いた雰囲気でとても過ごしやすかった。 利便性もよく、アラモアナセンターやアラモアナビーチには歩いて行けます。 疲れた時はピンクラインのトロリーで隣のイリカイホテルで降りることも可能！JCBカード提示でピンクラインのトロリーは大人2名は無料です。 ダイヤモンドベッドへ行くのに、プリンスワイキキの宿泊者はグリーンラインのトロリーが2名分購入で1名分無料になるサービスがあるので、実質1名分の料金で1日乗り放題なのもとても良かったです。土曜日にダイヤモンドベッドへ行ったので、KCCファーマーズマーケットにもグリーンラインで行けて好都合でした！ ホテルスタッフもみんな優しくて、お部屋も綺麗で、とてもリラックスして満喫できました！！ ワイキキより落ち着いて過ごしたい方にはぜひオススメです。

ワイキキ中心から離れて静かなこの場所をあえて選びました。アラモアナにも歩いてすぐですが、ピンクラインのバスが止まらないのが残念でした。 円安で物価何高いので、ボトルのお水サービスがあり助かりました。 お部屋も明るく広いし清潔。バスタブとシャワーが別でとても良かったです。 日本では当たり前の歯ブラシとくしがなくて買いました… 誕生日だったのでホテルからのシャンパンがサービスであったので感動でした。

친절한 프런트데스크 넓은 객실과 항구뷰가 너무 좋았습니다. 수영장도 넓은편이고요. 전반적으로 깨끗하고요. 다만 와이키키메인 스트릿과는 거리가 도보 15-20분 떨어져 있습니다.

The only thing we do not like is my wife experiences a bed bug bites on the room we stayed. Full of bed bugs bites on both legs and arms. We noticed upon checking out and address our complaint but its frustrating because they let someone occupied once we checked out they didn’t observed it before let the next guest check in. If they care the safety of the guest why did they let occupied the room we stayed. I showed it to the front desk my bites and they follow up by phone and send the pictures of my bites and they never did anything to us… we thought this Prince Waikiki is good hotel but they dont care about the safety of the guest.

Nice location with a good view. The main pool needs to have a slightly higher temperature and it is very windy with it being on the fifth floor. Would have been nice to have had a drinks lounge near the lobby for a place to meet and socialize. The coffee shop was very good for a breakfast sandwich in the mornings.

Location was perfect. Easy walk to shopping and beach. Did not like the homeless around property. Trashy, cigarette butts everywhere, beer cans and rubbish many of them threw out around street, property and walk ways.

Breakfast buffet is very good. I recommend the club access rooms. The club is quiet and next to the pool area. Breakfast buffet is included or you can have smaller selections in the club. Great staff at this property. Some of the best I have encountered.

The Prince Waikīkī is pure luxury. Fit for Royalty! As soon as you arrive you know are in a for a treat. The staff are excellent and the hotel lobby is quite impressive. The food and restaurants are fine dining at its best. We were in a Club room so we were able to have a choice of having breakfast or lunch at the club lounge or in the 100 Sails restaurant. Both have a great selection of hot & cold foods. So our room was on the 32nd floor and what an amazing view we had. Floor to ceiling windows overlooking the beach and the marina makes for a great vista to wake up to. But what’s even more impressive is the spectacular sunsets that we get to see from the comfort of our room. With three beaches just a few minutes walk from the hotel, in either direction, the largest shopping mall (Ala Moana) on the island 8 minutes walk away and lots of restaurants all around the hotel, you’re going to have lots to do, see and enjoy while staying at the Prince Waikīkī. We loved it - and will be back again!

Just an overall great option for Waikiki. Its not right in the center of the action of downtown which is actually great for us. Its walking distance to a nearby, less busy beach and not far from the trolley stop and many other restaurants and hotels.
