Amazing location a short walk to the beach, a free covered parking spot right next to the door, laundry facilities down the hall, clean, well stocked with everything we needed. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Oahu visit

It was a great location for us on our visit to Oahu. The only thing I would say is if you are not use to city noise bring ear plugs for sleeping. It did not bother my husband and I but I could see where it might be an issue. We also did not use the air condition or fan so that could help with noise. Very nice stay for us. Property owner was very prompt in answering any questions I had by email.

Stay with caution

Property was a good location for shops, beach & restaurants…. It ends there.Let’s start from the beginning, she advertises ‘free’ parking! That’s FALSE! She waited until the day we got here to say oh you can park in the street.. FALSE! There’s absolutely NO parking anywhere near by on the street. Then she says oh you can park in the garage for 420 extra, we were shocked! Then she lowered it to 375(with having a late check out for another hundred bucks). Then we learned from several other people that they didn’t pay for parking at all! She came back with how other people are paying for parking with higher prices. Again false because we also talked about what they paid to stay there and it was all the same. But if you want to park with the building itself it’s 10 per day. Again look what she charged us! She finally agreed to sending us back 188, which still she made a killing. Long story short, make sure your parking is included but I’d just use the buildings parking fee because it’s ALOT cheaper. The last 2 nights we couldn’t even park in the spot we were assigned because someone else parked there. We were not issued a refund for those 2 days.After agreeing to a late check out she sends me a text the day we leave and says we have until 11am to get out. We paid the extra 100!!! All she talked about was the money she was losing.We return home and a day later she’s accusing us for taking a key fob for the elevator. Why on earth would I take a key fob? Continue in comments

Overall just what we needed for our stay. A couple of suggestions. A toaster, better non stick pots and pans, please upgrade from 1 ply cheap toilet paper and paper towel and only one trash bag was supplied.

Needs some tlc

Not impressed,street noise very bad ,unit lacking kitchen equipment,old appliances , broken toaster, tv remote held together with tape . Convenient to beach 2 blocks away .

Best stay ever

I travel to oahu every year for business and spend 8 to 12 weeks here every year. I have stayed at almost every hotel over the years and this is my new favorite place. Check in is easy, the owner is very accommodating and rrespinds quickly

We loved the place and hope to stay again, little help with understanding the washer/dryer money card and elevator for 1st timer would have made us less anxious after a very long flight, but overall it was great!

Perfect!!!!

The reality is if you are looking for a five-star resort, then this is not your place. If you are looking for a great location, ability to cook your own meals, wash laundry, amazing parking and a cool, comfortable place to lay your head at night, then this is the place. Travel to Honolulu approx once every two months and I will now be searching this property’s availability first. Great communication from owners and the check-in process was seamless and as easy as it gets!

I wouldn't call it false advertising but...

Pros great location,2 balconies= 2 views Cons advertised as free parking and then she wants to charge you 25$/night after you've paid! when we called her out she said she'd concede "this time" as if doing us a favor!! her phone number wasn't updated check in dial was very hard to read no welcome gift. just a list of rules dingy towels, pillows, rug, shower curtain. torn cushions, faded decor, missing knobs, broken toilet paper dispenser ect fridge door bumps into couch dirty glass doors, faded and missing cushions on deck furniture Overall, I feel like the photos online AND the free parking were all just to suck you in. The place needs a major refresh! The photos must be very old and parking is a big deal in HNL. We paid extra for this unit because of the 2 balconies and the lovely, fresh decor in the photos. Not fair that this wasn't what we were provided.

This property is ideally located for shopping, eating, and site seeing. We discovered several tourist tour pick up location was a the Ross store across the street. The restaurant downtown is amazingly delicious! The property balconies are wonderful for morning coffee and just relaxing in the Hawaiian air. There was plenty of space for my husband and I to enjoyed being in the space, it is inviting, comfortable, and offers all the amenities we were looking for during our stay Ms. Orly is a fabulous host that was kind and helpful. We look forward to staying again!!!

Street noise

The place was great. 17th floor corner with nice views - both mountain and ocean. Nice walk to beach and everything else. Many restaurants close by. We like having the windows/sliding doors open but there was a lot of street noise, often past midnight,

Waikiki solo escape

Ideal location, convenient to Da Bus, shopping, a myriad cuisine choices + 2 blocks to the beach. Orly and the building staff is so supportive & accommodating; I considered her condo my Hawaiian home for a couple wks, will stay here again when on Oahu.

Outdated but great location

GREAT LOCATION: 0.2 miles from the beach, restaurants in the same builing, steps from a small restaurant and so many convenient stores, food trucks, shopping centers, and bus stops within walking distance. QUICK RESPONSE: The owner quickly responded before and during our stay. SPACIOUS: Enough space for 2 people, BUT tight for us 5 CONS: Musty odor in condo, no bathroom exhaust fan, bed is approx 3 feet high, broken folding bed, dirty floor and cabinets, 1 cockroach in kitchen cabinet, outdated furnitures broken drawers/bed/sliding door CONVENIENT: $25/day parking under the building and space is right by the building door entrance. WATER AND A/C: Hot water is still available even after 3 people taking a shower. Strong pressure. A/C unit works fine and opening your sliding doors brings in a lot of cool wind SECURE: Key fob needed to get into the building lobby, door from parking structure, and to use the elevators to get to your floor. CON: ONLY ONE KEY FOB. IF your family have different agendas, you have to coordinate coming in and out of the buidling/floor during your stay. 2 SMALL BALCONIES: Both facing the street, buildings, partial view of ocean and the mountain. AMMENITIES: Available laundry room, beach chairs (1 chair is broken),beach umbrella, noodle, snorkle gears, water shoes, picnic mats. CON: Although not a must-have, no complimentary water bottle available when you arrive, limited towels for 5, left over shampoo/conditioner, and soap and lotion in a dispenser

Nice spot

Outstanding location between Kuhio and beach. Great restaurants/amenities on Kuhio. Comfy bed, beach chairs a plus, amenities are good! Building is older. Draw pulls on bedside tables have fallen off and not replaced, cushions on chairs need replacing, a little TLC and a few extra dollars invested in this unit are needed.
