Please note that some amenities and services within the building may be managed by the hotel and are subject to building rules or additional fees ($5 for the gym for example).

Waikiki is one of Honolulu’s most walkable neighborhoods, and many guests find they don’t need a car at all. Public transportation, including TheBus, rideshares, and bike rentals, are readily available and provide easy access to Ala Moana, downtown Honolulu, and other parts of the island. Parking in Waikiki is limited and typically paid; nearby garages and hotel parking options are available for daily or overnight use for guests who choose to rent a car. There is parking in the building available at $45 a day. The trash room is next to the elevator. We encourage guests to take out the trash daily. This really helps with maintaining the unit and preventing odors, especially with strongly scented foods.
Large cardboard boxes are not allowed in the trash room. They must be disposed of in the designated area behind the building; otherwise, the building may issue a fine. Many guests have been fined for this before and will be responsible for the fine.
