"When we got to the room, it was very apparent that the room wasn’t ready for us. The bedding was on the coach, wet towels on the floor in the bathroom, and food left in the refrigerator. Also, it was good that I was provided a code for the door since the office closes at 4:00 which is the check in time. No way to get help. I messaged the property manager and received a phone call with an alternative condo within 15 minutes."

"Our host, Marcie, has thought of everything. Shampoo, laundry detergent, beach equipment. Her spot is right on the ocean, walking distance to restaurants, food trucks, everything you would want. The place is spotless, safe, well lit. The complex has two washers and dryers - so valuable for a long stay. We are very happy to select this place for our vacation in Maui. "
