"Lovely grounds, incredible golf course and palm tree view and a lanai/backyard with plenty of space. Perfect for my 12 year old and myself. Great location with KTA and fantastic farmer’s market nearby. Pool was nice for a quick dip, and not too many people there. Only hiccup was a fridge that wasn’t cold enough."

"Older unit, interior nice but noisy due to old school wall of jalousie windows… Coqui frogs & road noise. Additional charge for AC although owner manager is able to remotely control temperature and limit to 72 degrees at night even when and hot humid. Big Brother Vibe"

"Our week long girls trip was fabulous! The location of this rental surprised me. We were directly across from the ocean which I was not expecting. There are houses across the street but we woke up to an ocean view and waves crashing. It's on a bit of a busy street but the view made-up for it. It was just what we needed. Also so close to snorkeling at Kahaluu Bay. I'd never been to Kona so wasn't sure about locations of things but we walked to the bay and enjoyed the snorkeling! Such beautiful...

"Couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Kona. Perfect location, walking distance to the ocean, restaurants, and tennis! The condo was very clean, well stocked with everything we needed to include beach chairs and umbrella. The kitchen had plenty of condiments. The owner was a great communicator, and quickly answered all of our questions. We lived out on the lanai - great view! I would highly recommend this location for a perfect Big Island vacation!"
