House was great! If you bring a boat it is a little bit of a ride to get to the main river through shallow water. Otherwise, driving a car it’s a great location!

This place is unbeatable for cleanliness, location and amenities. Very quite area with acess to just about anything you could possibiliy need or want. This place had all the comforts of home. I'd definarely stay again.

Beautiful property. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom house and toilet and sink in laundry room in basement. Best for 2 couples or family 0f 4 to 6 with little kids Very nice furniture and kitchen complete with very nice dishes, silverware and cookware. Very comfirtable beds. On a canal so lots of fun waterfront activlty with Kayaks to use. We would rent again if we come back to this area. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood . 5 star for sure...

The location is perfect. A quick couple of mikes to Homosassa and 20 minutes to Crystal River. It is quiet location. If you like to fish, mullets are flying out of the water off the dock. The place has everything for a wonderful visit.

House & property are even nicer than photos. Very attractive updates inside house. Peaceful yard and dock for hanging out. BBQ grill appeared to not have been cleaned from previous use, but cleaned up easily for us to use. A very enjoyable weekend.

We wanted a getaway that would be quiet and relaxing. This property was perfect. The house was beautiful and had everything we could possibly need. Our granddaughter and her husband spent one day with us and absolutely loved fishing from the doc and Kayaking. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay. Could have stayed much longer. The house is beautiful with the comfiest super king sized bed. Large sofa in the living area for family movie night. Kitchen was awesome. We managed to get out on the kayaks for a paddle and visited the state park a few mins away and swam with the manatees. We also walked to the seagrass restaurant for dinner. Publix was a few mins drive for groceries.

This was by far my favorite vacation rental anywhere! The house is stocked with everything that you could need for a vacation (even a springform pan in case you want to make a cheesecake!)We took advantage of the kayaks, fishing equipment, and paddle boat. Caught some fish off of the dock and did some bird watching. House is centrally located to anything that you might want to do. Very close to bars/restaurants, Homosassa Springs State Park, and Crystal River. This was also one of the cleanest properties I've ever stayed at. 10/10, would love to come back again to show my family Homosassa. Thank you so much for having us!!

This home is amazing, extremely clean! Located in a nice quite area, close to everything. Publix right down the street, also gas stations. The home has absolutely everything you need, coffee, creamer all provided. My kids an grandkids loved the kyakes which we took out straight from the backyard down the canal. The outside tv was a great enjoyment!! Wonderful stay, this home is beautiful decorated an very enjoyable!!

This is a beautiful home in a great location! We had plenty of space with the four of us (my husband, two boys, and me). The neighborhood is quiet and private. The kitchen had everything we needed to make the few meals we made at home. Being able to fish right outside was great for the boys. We caught two Bass off the dock! We also used the kayaks and paddle boat and saw an alligator while we were on the channel (we were pretty far down the channel, away from people)! There is plenty to do near by and great restaurants. Mostly everywhere is family friendly. We ate at Crump's, Cracker Monkey, Seagrass, Nature Coast, and The Breakfast Station. All had kid friendly food! The Ellie Schiller Wildlife Park is worth the trip and there are several disc golf courses in the area. The flea market is huge with lots of different items! It was so nice to come back to this rental after being out. Its clean, comfortable, and welcoming!

The property was perfect for our family of three and our dog. We loved being able to kayak in the waterways behind the house and really enjoyed the outdoor space downstairs. The house is just off the main road which was a definite plus for us. We can't wait to come back!
